He's see strangers walking with sacks full of groderies and give them all a ride home. God, I wish we still lived in a time where it was safe to do that.

I see a lot of people asking about road closings. Have you tried Georgia Navigator from the DOT? If you call 511 and tell them your route they are supposed to be able to tell you if there are any problems. I don't need to go anywhere so I'm not going to call and take up an operator's time but if some of you try please come on an post whether or not they are helpful.

It doesn't surprise me they're out. We use Waste Management and the guys are super. If a piece of paper falls out of a can they guys make sure they stop the truck to pick it up. I bet they end up spending their morning helping people instead of just focusing on picking up garbage.

I'm glad to hear of your story. It is because of stories like yours that I decided to donate my father's long bones when he passed away. The people at Life Link told me they had specialized craftsmen who could carve parts of the long leg bones into vertebrae for adults and the long arm bones into vertebrae for children. If his donations were able to help even one person walk again it was all worth the agony of making the decision. I am soooooo happy things are working out for your child. Keep these stories coming.
