  1. My daughter needed one for basketball tryouts. The physical is good for one year. We got hers at Walgreen's clinic. Publix clinics do them too. The cost at Walgreens was $60.00 Normally the clinics take insurance but not for physicals. If you use Walgreens you don't need an appointment. They even have weekend hours. Good luck.
  2. My grandparents use to have a hard time with them messing with the cows and ducks. Their solution was to but a donkey. Apparently, they are scared of donkeys. Skeeter (the donkey) has maintained a coyote free pasture for the last 6 years.
  3. meatloaf, mashed taters, and brocolli with cheese
  4. I had to re-start my computer earlier and when it came back up I was logged out.
  5. Good morning. Time to wake the kiddies and get them off to school. I think they'll need an extra layer this morning. Love it!
  6. JLH, I thought the same thing at first. It's more than that though. It teaches the babysitters not only how to care for the kids but how to protect themselves. Simple things like excusing themselves to the restroom when the parents come home and appear intoxicated. Then they can call their parents to get them instead of riding home with an intoxicated driver. The course is pretty thorough. And yes, there is a license of sort. My daughter has a card stating she is a Georgia certified babysitter and has completeed the Wellstar Safe Sitter class. My 13 year old had made $120 over
  7. My daughter took the Wellstar babysitter training. It was well worth the money. Now I need to sign her up for CPR and first aid training. If you hear of any please let me know.
  8. I'm looking for a zebra print duffle with wheels. I've found some on EBay but I wanted to give you a chance to beat the price. Do you have them, and if so, how much?
  9. I understand driving to a neighborhood, especially if the child doesn't live in a neighborhood. On the flipside, the children could at least use manners. Some of the little ones tried so hard. They were all dressed up and then covered up to shield from the cold and rain. It was just too cute.
  10. I know the new PCom will be a wonderful thing but right now I'm simply struggling. Paying member's posts are 400 miles long and everything is taking forever to load. When I try to respond it is like pulling teeth. It took me 45 minutes to tell someone to go to Starbucks for peppermint flavoring. Whenever I roll my mouse over an item it disappears before I can click it. It's too pretty a day to be sitting inside anyways. I'll check back later and see if some of the issues resolve themselves. Who knows, it may just be my computer. I hope everyone enjoys this great first day of No
  11. Go to Starbucks. They carry it for their peppermint mocha. I buy the bottle and use it for all kinds of different things. peppermint candies, coffee, hot chocolate, cake, simmering scents etc.
  12. Wow. I like PCom the way it is now. I'm looking forward to the new upgrades. Hey. What about an IPhone App? Right now, it takes far too long to load.
  13. Check their sales online. Their sales are similar to Hobby Lobby in that they rotate every couple of weeks. If there's something you want and can wait for it then you should be safe watching the papers as long as it is a common item. Most of the stuff there is seconds so don't expect to find fine china. It is a great place to buy home decor. For example the towels may look great and be wonderful displays in a guest room. You'll find that they aren't the best quality and wouldn't want to buy them for everyday use. I've been very happy with my Christmas mugs and kitchen gadgets from
  14. I want Jason to be with Elizabeth or ME! Nicholas needs to be taking care of his mother The old/new/current Lucky looks like he's barely old enough to shave. Being a police officer will be hard to make believeable. Dante/Dominic is so hot he makes my flat screen fog up. He can do anything he wants. I hope to see steam between him and Lulu. Maxie and Spinelli remind me of fifth graders. I don't really care what happens to them. Jax should be leaving soon for his annual vacation so something is bound to blow up between him and Carly. Sonny seems to be hanging in left field. Mayb
  15. I pre-made it so we'd be ready for the weekend. I only feed it to hubby and the kids on Friday and Saturday. That way they can defumigate before they go back to work and school.
  16. Did you see the advertisement for a black taco? Would you eat it?
  17. I made approx. 3 gallons yesterday. I froze it all. I'm just trying to do something with all the $.99 ground beef I bought at Food Lion.
  18. What's another name for fruit flies and how do you spell it?
  19. I absolutely refuse to buy anything by Hillshire Farms. Their "Go Meat!" commercials make my skin crawl.

    HI

I've been cooking. I mixed and froze 2 meatloaves. I cooked and froze 12 pounds of meatballs, a batch of spaghetti sauce, taco meat, sloppy joe meat, and 3 gallons of chili. For supper I've seasoned and tied a round roast. I'll put it in the rotisserie at 4:30.
  21. I just finished cooking meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, sweet tea, and chocolate pudding. We probably won't eat for 30 min. or so. I'm waiting for my mom to return with my kids. I love cooking for her.
  22. I love it. It looks like a fighter jet or......tilt your head sideways and it looks like a letter opener.
  23. Down here in the sticks we just play quarters.
