Within a matter of 35-45 minutes, they have had at least 4 wrecks and folks are beating the crap out of eah other today. For the longest--all you heard was 10-16 calls. Mother/daughter, husband/wife, sister/sister--you name it--they are fighting. And the sad thing is--when they call out the addresses for the 10-16's the deputies know who it is.

I know of a case here in Paulding where the girl had all over her Myspace that she was 17 or 18 yrs old and when her parents found out that the boy was 19--they flipped out and had him arrested. If I remember correctly she was either 13 or 14 yrs old. I don't know how it ever ended, but I do know that the boy was held in jail with no bond for a VERY LONG TIME. That is when they ought to punish the girl as well.

All that ranting and raving for nothing!! When that law first went into effect several years ago---there were criminal defense attorneys going crazy over it. We had several folks hire my former employers and pay them big chunks to get this straightened out. Not saying it is right for them, but you have to sometimes look at each case. There are a lot of folks on that list that were stupid, went out with an underage girl(by a few years) and when mama and daddy found out what their sweet little girl was doing--they went running to the police. All three of mine were eating cereal at 2 weeks old--with an infa-feeder. didn't hurt them and none of them had problems later in life. Youngest was a 10 lb baby and could not keep him satisfied on formula. All of mine were also sleeping thru the night by the time they were 6 weeks old. I could never understand it when none of the grandkids slept good--If my first had slept like any one of my grandkids--he would have been my last!!!

It rained on my just about all the way down Macland this morning and all the way over to Windy Hill. It has already rained here again this morning and is pouring down right now--with thunder and lightening. Just hope it quits before time to go home!!! Peaple are crazy on these roads when it rains!!!

I was diagnosed with arthritus in my knee several years ago. I have learned to live with it. Mine takes spells that last a week or two and then it gets better for a month or two. Last spell, I took Ostio Bi Flex and it seemed to help. And I started a new job, on the 3rd floor of a building and starting taking the stairs and it actually seemed to help me. Seemed like it worked it out a little more. I have found that the more I walk with mine--the better it gets. It will get stiff and hurt for a little while afterwards, but I think the stretching it out and walking actually helps it.

FYI---If you were to file BK and this case is still open and going, the U. S. Trustee or Chapter 7 Trustee would probably take an interest in it and any funds recovered. If it was settled, they would take the funds, charge very hefty fees for themselves and then disburse funds to creditors. If anything was left after that--you would get it. I have seen Trustees hire themselves as the attorney for the case, the accountants for the case, etc. They eat up the majority of the funds. And I truly hope you are not pushed into BK.

Maybe I should have been a little clearer--he was in Cobb County Jail from 1993 to 1995 awaiting trail. He was convicted and sent to PRISON in 1995. Still a short length of time compared to most.

Since he has only been in jail since 1995---I am surprised they are doing it this quick. It is usually much longer!!

I have BCBS and it was $525 a month. Increased my deductable to $3500 and it went down to $390 a month. When I had the $1000 deductable--I never met it--even the year I had to have a thyroid scan and biopsy. The dental is $25-$30 a month and just a normal plan--nothing special.

Yeah--do like the guy in Florida with BOA. Walk in with the deputies and start taking all the office furniture out of the big shots offices, take their county cars, etc. Might open some eyes!!! Would love to see that on the news!!

I refused to watch it this time!! That girl got on my nerves last season. I think they are really desperate to have chosen her in the first place. Of all the girls on the show so far--she is the worst!!!

DSW has a very good selection. You might try Macy's and Belk (mall store only--not the one on Dallas Highway). They seem to carry a lot of narrow sized shoes. To find a narrow size--you are going to have to go to a pretty high dollar store.

Ross. Grandaughter got her first Junior size bikini there and it was 7.99. Very cute, not to skimpy purple suit. She got a lot of compliments on it when we were in PCB. Also, Aeropostale had theirs on sale for 5.99 each piece, but they were pretty picked over. Also try Marshalls.

Have you been to the ER lately???? I would say 100 people a day is a fair number. Think about it--you know that weekends are usually busier. And think of the number of folks that do not have insurance and use the ER as their primary care physician--and you know that most of them have at least a couple of kids. And then you have the folks that call the ambulances because they have a toothache or headache and need to go to the ER. When all of that is considered--I think that number is absolutely feasible.

How long is your attorney going to wait before he files a Contempt of Court action???? I would think that he would do it pretty darn quickly!!! I would say 7-10 days from when the Order was signed by the Judge is plenty of time to allow a check (and we do hope it is certified funds!!)to reach you (or your attorney, which they will probably send to him).

Well, after sitting in Chili's tonight and viewing all the folks in short shorts---I got to say that they really need a friend to tell them not to wear them. My main thing with most of them is the fact that they were all white as ghosts. I realize that there are a lot of folks that don't do the sun or tanning thing--but you need just a little tad of color. They do make some very good spray on tanners now.
