PM me or one of the others who has said he has done work for them. Not a commerce member so the number is not to be posted, if I understand the Pcom rules correctly.
-
Yes, he does. He did the exterior and the interior of my rental. Oh, and he pressure washed the outside prior to painting. Not all painters do that, they will just slap paint over dirt and old paint.

Ralph Roberson. PM me for his contact info. He is the only painter I would allow to do work for us after the two others we had.

Yes, that means there is a contract, all contingencies have been fulfilled and they are just waiting for closing. To get the absolute most accurate information about a listing, contact a real estate agent either a separate agent or the listing agent. Realtor.com is only as accurate as the agents who put listings there. Some agents are great about updating and others, not so much. There is a house around the corner from us that when it was on Realtor.com it said it was an active listing until people had already moved in. But that agency is well known in this area for not updating

Use Realtor.com. As a general rule, the houses will not show up when you search by address on there if they are under contract. If they are contingent, they will and it will say so usually as "not for sale". Zillow is not very reliable. For a couple of years they listed the last sale of my house at over $700,000. Only problem was it was not for sale. Nor had it sold. At all. Trulia is pretty accurate.

HA HA! My house would fit in your basement. Afraid it wouldn't be big enough. We tried to fit four other people in here over Christmas when our daughter moved down but it got claustrophobic for all of us. But seriously, if you get anywhere near Pensacola, drop me a e-mail or send me a text (the phone number is the same). Love to see you!

Michael's may have something like that as well. And hey Media Man!! Hope all is going well for you and the family.

http://obamacarefacts.com/obamacare-employer-mandate.php The annual fee is $2,000 per employee if insurance isn't offered (the first 30 full-time employees are exempt).

But all insurance policies must meet the regulations. That does not mean all will change.

Nope. Didn't turn it on until late May last year and probably will do the same this year. Then we won't turn it off until October. We have had unusually cool weather. Sometimes we swear we moved to the TN hills and not the FL panhandle.

Anyone else's house beginning to show it's age?
Mama Carol replied to The Sound Guy's topic in RECENT TOPICS
My brother is getting his house ready to sell. They moved in less than six months ago! He said he will never again own a house. Nephew says the same thing. Heck, if I could get hubby to agree to it, neither would we. My house was built in 1976. Still has original carpet, windows and dishwasher. We are getting new windows (next week, I hope) and plan to replace the carpet by the end of the year. Hope to get a package and replace the used fridge and the 1976 avocado green dishwasher with new appliances by summer's end. Thankfully, the guy who owned this house believed in buying good -

Yeah, I got my last job from a CL ad.

IMO, the only thing Craigslist is good for is getting a job. And then you have to be careful about all the crazies and idiots who list jobs. I had some office furniture for sale and listed it on CL. I had someone adamantly tell me they would be at my house to get it after work. We exchanged several e-mails and then she realized that the office furniture was not going to fit in the back of her car or SUV. No, you needed a full size pick up to get it (a desk, credenza and 2 drawer later file cabinet). So, she said she could get a truck but she would still be there an hour or so after wo

I got a letter today from the Health Insurance Market Place telling me that they have now verified my identity and I can apply for insurance through the Market Place. Never mind I sent them the information they required on December 11. Never mind I got insurance in January because I gave up on the Market Place and mailed in an application in NOVEMBER. Never mind that the deadline for signing up has come and gone. In other words, never mind. Thanks for your help though. I really appreciate it taking you almost FIVE MONTHS to verify my identity. It didn't take the state of Flor

And if health care cost what the insurance company pays, we wouldn't need the insurance!

I wouldn't mind paying a bit more if I had a bit more with which to pay. Income didn't go up but a microscopic amount. Taxes went up, insurance went up, co-pays and deductibles went up, gas went up, food went up, energy costs went up, the list goes on. At the beginning of 2014 my husband's Social Security went up 2%. His Medicare went up about 15%, his prescription coverage more than that. Plus my insurance went up. Yeah, no problem paying more for things. I'll just forgo eating for a while in order to pay for the necessities like insurance. Mr Dis, I hate to hear your daught

I'm with you on the golf! Our hometown boy won a tournament up there in Georgia a couple of weeks back. Got a green jacket. Donated a boatload of money to his alma maters (elementary, middle and high schools). We're proud of him down here. I LOVE your description of hockey. It is dead on!

Didn't you just say in another thread that your premiums hadn't changed in years and your deductible decreased? Here it is: My portion of our BCBS group plan is still >$700/month, same as it has been for at least 10 years if not longer...my co-pays have increased slightly in some areas (urgent/emergency & co-insurance), my deductible decreased from $1,000 to $500. And if you need crutches, you don't need to go digging around in a storage building for them. Renting will do. Insurance should at least cover that. I don't think it was so much that he had them and had to go lo
