Obviously they feel that they have a cause to sue over, but I don't understand why they are suing the store and not the manufacturer. This part of the story makes no sense unless the cereal was already opened when they bought it.

I have several times and have never had a problem with my items. If you plan on ordering anything for the upcoming holidays, then I would advise you to order VERY SOON or items will start getting backordered and you may not receive them in time.

We use to call Sears for appliance repair but whenever we had to call to get service for our Maytag refridgerator it could take them 2-3 days to get out here and sometimes another couple of days for a part. I use to work in radiology at a hospital. It is very common to have a headache afterwards. It is unusual to have an allergic reaction to the dye but it can happen. Any type of swelling, itching, shortness of breath, anything unusual and you should contact your doctor right away. Like I said, these reactions aren't the norm, the headache is though.
