The OP is talking about the upstairs being much hotter then the downstairs. The most likely reason for this is insufficient ventilation in the attic. The heat buildup in the attic is going to cause the upstairs living portion of the house to be hotter then normal and hard to keep cool. Some houses have dual climate controls, 2 compressors/furnaces. The problem with that is a lot of builders with use the same size compressor for both. My last house was like that and the upstairs could barely keep pace. The house I currently own has a much larger compressor for the upstairs even though

Did we ever determine what type of fan we are talking about? If this an attic vent fan I would question how the person determined the motor needed replaced? I have a attic vent fan and when I had the home inspection done before buying the house the inspector flipped the switch and it did not come on so he told me the motor needed replaced. The inspection was done on a cool rainy day. After moving in the house I happened to go up in the attic on a hot summer day and low and behold the attic fan was running turned out it is temperature activated.

I was in Panama from 89-90 as an MP. We regularly sent a platoon to Honduras but they were not there doing drug interdiction. They were there providing security for engineers building roads. Good luck, your options are very limited. I use Comcast for cable and Internet and Vonage for phone service. I know people like to slam Comcast for their customer service, I personally have never had any issues with their customer server but fortunately I have never really had to call them much in the 8 plus years I have been using them. Matter of fact I have only called them when I moved and when I downgraded my service but I was polite with them and they were polite with me.

Did Wal-Mart own the factory making the garments or is it owned by a private company? If they owned it then they would be responsible. If it was a 3rd party for which they purchased the goods the company was selling then it would be the responsibility of whom ever owned that company. Apparently Vonages "unlimited" minutes plan is not actually unlimited minutes. I got an email from then stating "Your use of the service is highly abnormal and is not in compliance with our Terms of Service (TOS) or our Reasonable Use Policy. When you went to the doctor what test/s did they do? I had a similar type issue, fatigued all the time could barely walk from the parking lot to my work building. Turned out I had a blocked artery in my heart. Of course I did not discover that until I had a heart attack and almost died. Could also be low iron as mentioned above.
