I guess I am not educated enough to understand how a good economy would cause budget cuts. Why would a company have to make budget cuts if the economy was good? Wouldn't they be making plenty of money to avoid having to make budget cuts in the first place? :unsure: Also the 800 currently getting laid off are not part of the budget cuts due to sequester as someone else would try to have you believe.
