I have not been following the news much since it is the same old story just a different spin. Anyway I did happen to read an article about several Provinces AKA States (VA and ID) enacting laws to prohibit the use of drones and apparently this is some hot issue. The chief concern being privacy?? WTH is that all about? A drone is not going to be able to see or do anything that helicopters don't already see/do. the chief difference is a drone is much cheaper to use then a helicopter and if something goes wrong and it crashes no one dies and a lot less property damage on the ground.

Comparing this to the Government is comparing apples to oranges. You have an option to not use Facebook or any other social media and not to sign up for any "rewards" cards. Government not so many options.

You should check your rental/lease agreement and see if they can raise the rent without notice. If you signed up for a set number of months I do not believe they can raise the rent until you sign a new agreement.

The only problem with your rhetoric is you forget that the majority of people in the prison system are career criminals. You can try to teach them social skills and treat them nice all you want they will just continue their life of crime when/if they ever get released. Prison needs to be an experience you do not want to repeat. And of course the punishment should fit the crime.
