Sexual harassment implies unwanted sexual advances in the work place. I might have gotten the wrong impression a few times, ok maybe more then a few, but nothing I would call harassment. If I get the impression someone is not interested I leave them alone.

That is because you have to do more then just post your resume online and sit back and wait. You need to actively search job listings and submit your resume for various job offers. Even if the job is not exactly what you want to do there is no harm in submitting it for review. I know several people who sent in a resume for one type of job then after reading the resume they got offered a different job. The bottom line is you can't just put your resume out there and then sit back and do nothing and expect the job offers to flow in.

Use the KISS process. Just keep it simple and to the point. All you need on your resignation letter is that you will be resigning your current position on such and such day. The end. You don't need to give a story about how much you have enjoyed your time there and yadda yadda yadda, because they really are not going to care about that. You can do that in a final email to your co-workers on your last day.
