  1. What she said is true. The thing you do not want to do is just let the insurance run out or cancel it on a registered vehicle that has become non operational. You MUST notify the tag office that you want to suspend or cancel the registration BEFORE you cancel or let your insurance lapse. If you do not tell the tag office and you cancel the insurance they WILL suspend your drivers license for not maintaining insurance on your vehicle. You may or may not get a notification of the suspension of your drivers license. Worse thing to happen is to find out your drivers licenses has been suspe
  2. Reynolds company* must love it when events like Sandy Hook and the marathon bombing happen. All the conspiracy nut cases come out of the wood work. I am sure they made a mint after 9/11 also. I was reading some of the comments made on a news story about how they captured the terrorist on the boat. It was ridiculous some of the theories out there. Like how the police shot the kid in the throat to keep him from talking. (if they wanted to keep him from talking they would have shot him in the head, dead men tell no tales) They based that on the fact that the story said the kid trie
  3. I will have plenty of time for pulling that boner in jail.
  4. What condition are the cars in? Up on cinder blocks with grass growing on the dash? And why do you care if you don't even live in the same subdivision. Just mind your own business Alice.
  5. Once they sober up they are always "sorry" and "embarrassed" for their actions.
  6. Times must be tough, they were driving a Ford Fusion.
  7. It is only political when the man behind the curtain said it is.
  8. Sorry you can't understand anything.
  9. The fallacy is you can't see the point of the argument nor understand sarcasm. The object used to kill/injure is irrelevant. You can ban all the guns you want it does not stop someone from causing harm if that is what that person wants to do. After Sandy Hook there was all sorts of anti gun nuts coming out of the wood work wanting to "prevent" another Sandy Hook tragedy. So where are those same people? How do we prevent another marathon bombing? We don't. If a person is set on causing death and injury to people they will find a way to do it regardless. The only way to preve
  10. Very true, but it doesn't prevent me from trying. I guess my satire font is on the fritz.
  11. So then why do they restrict the purchase of fertilizer? It is designed, marketed and presented for crops. But of course you missed the point. It is not the object that does the harm. It is the person behind the object regardless if it is misused. Guns only cause harm when they are misused.
  12. In that case you would be the first to go.
  13. Why is no one calling for the ban on pressure cookers??? A pressure cooker can obviously cause more casualties then any deranged nut with a gun could ever dream of doing. No sports announcer has gone on a rant about how deadly pressure cookers are. No English ex-pat has used his show to advance the liberal anti gun agenda. No calls for a national pressure cooker database or publishing the names of all registered pressure cookers owners. Stores have not pulled their inventory of pressure cookers. There is no regulation regarding the sales of pressure cookers, they can be purchas
  14. Good luck with that considering the air turbulence and the size of your target. Your only hope would be to fly it into any engine and hope for the best.
  15. How else would you get them to leave the curtains open.
  16. You missed the relevant part. Charvat envisions the unit mounted on a military vehicle and providing real-time video through walls as far as 60 feet away at a rate of 10.8 frames per second — far surpassing current technologies. I think a drone flying at 60 feet or closer might be noticed. <shrug>
  17. The trashing of the house when you leave because of a foreclosure is just the mentality of that type of person. They figure they will destroy the house so it will cost the bank money to fix it up so they can sell it. The banks will typically just leave it as is though. What I noticed when I was house hunting that a lot of people stripped the house of usable stuff like appliances and light fixtures. One house I looked at they took every single light fixture and the smoke detectors. Other places they took the kitchen cabinets. Never saw a place that was really trashed other then t
  18. Still does not correlate to cheating on your taxes. Neither one indicates how much money you made. And while there is still a few things that do surprise me, the IRS having access to your personal credit card information and your FB page without a warrant would surprise me. But again simple solution, don't use credit cards or FB. This is probably the article mentioned.
