In the second instance the officer was never told to look for a crime scene. He was strickly looking for the missing girl. If the Canton police chief had called in the GBI and FBI on the night she went missing they would have known to be looking for both. The officer was doing what he was told to do, which is what the sheriff has said also.

Tell your daughter THANK YOU for her service. I get to see 2 of my cousins 1 Army and 1 Air Force that are coming in for Christmas. The one in the Air Force is flying in tomm. from Arizona, and the one in the Army is driving in Sunday from Colorado, and her husband that is Army also just got back from overseas (can't remember if he was in Iraq or Afganistan). They decided to drive so they could bring the dogs. May the Lord bless and keep ALL our military men and women safe during this Christmas season.

With my nephew its anything he can get his hands on but he prefers herion. My sister has done everything including having him locked up for stealing from her and his sister. He has stolen things from my brothers, his grandparents. Anything that is not nailed down that he can sell. He has been in jail more than he has been out in the last 10 years. But as my sister says at least when he is in jail she knows where he's at and doesn't have to worry about him as much. He has overdosed 3-4 times in the last 2 years. He will most likely go to prison this time. His sperm donor is in prison in south G

Know how you feel. My nephew was with us on Thanksgiving and he asked my sister (his mom) what she wanted for Christmas. Her answer was for him not to be in jail. Well he screwed up again and got arrested sometime earlier this week. My sister and the whole family have tried everything, but when they don't want help there is really nothing you can do for them.

A few years ago, all the kids, grandkids and great grand child got together. A friend of my sisters took photos of each family, then one of the 4 kids, then one of the grandkids, and finally one of all of us. It was a task to get everyone together but it paid off BIG time. My son has asthma that is triggered by the cold, it seems if we don't catch his early it turns into pneumonia. Chiro helped my son also, although he still has a few problems when it is cold outside. I saw surveyers on 278 today beside the imaging center. I am hoping this is the first stage of getting the hospital going.

I heard or read that this is standard procedure, for DFACS to take the other children. I do not know if this is correct but it is really sad what this little child went through. It has been stated that she was being watched by a babysitter, and the babysitter had gone into the apartment to get them something to drink. I know that it is heart breaking. I pray for this family.

I would like to say how sorry I am to hear about the babies. I think that the girls should be 8-10, when my husband (my kids dad) passed away the kids were 10,11, and 15. They all knew what was going on and I vowed to never lie to them about his cancer. I kept that promise, when he passed we were all there and we all got to say our goodbyes. I am glad that the kids got that. This is just my personal experience but I know that my sons 10 and 11 understood, and if they had questions I answered them. Very good information. The scams get more intense also. I saw a story on WSBTV the other day about a lady who had a picture of a child and she was telling people that the child had been killed and she was trying to raise money for the funeral expenses. An attentive woman got one of the flyers and called the funeral and was told they had never heard anything about this child. It was a scam artist trying to play on the hearts of good people.

I would just like to say a big THANK YOU, to all that have helped a family that is in need, you may have kept them from being hungry. This show has been an eye opening show for me and I hope for others as well. I have sat here and cried bacause you think that it doesn't happen here, but it does.

Please tell her to visit any pawn shops around. Even the ones in Cobb, Douglas and Polk counties. I pray that she can find the ring. Tell her to get a copy of the police report to carry with her and if she finds the ring call the police. They can verify the report and she will get the ring back after the investigation is over. It just really upsets me to think that someone thought they could just take something that is not theres. The theives need to GET A JOB, and stop stealing from the hard working people out there.
