The BOC absolutely must do a salary comparison with like agencies because they have fell way behind the curve. You have to have comparable pay and benefits if you want to attract and keep the best candidates. You can't put a price on experience.

The problem with 92 and Macland is people not only drive through the gore attempting to turn onto Macland, they drive through an opposing turning lane just north of the store. It puts the law abiding drivers turning into the business, into the store, and those who lawfully enter the turn lane in danger.

He had a obligation to society to do more. You find out a child is sodomized in your facility by someone connected to you and the program through a non profit centered around adolescent boys then you do what you need to do to protect that child and the others this person has access to. Reporting it simply to a school official and distancing himself may prevent any legal action but not going further makes him a failure as a human, a father, and a community leader.

Guilty....no other way around it. He administered a hospital anesthetic outside of its intended medical use and outside of its intended environment to make a buck. He took an oath and had the knowledge to realize the danger he was creating yet he ignored both and killed someone. For that we hold people accountable.
