The only thing the city in a mailing address shows is what Post Office services the location. 90% of the addresses in this county are in the unincorporated area even though each lists a Dallas, Hiram, Powder Springs, Douglasville, Rockmart, Temple, or Acworth location. Most of those addresses are not near those cities and in many cases they are not even in the same county.

Mailing addresses have nothing to do with the location of the business. Actually the CVS being talked about is in the unincorporated part of the county.

I think it has already been corrected but you do need a weapons license if you want to carry a handgun on your person in public. Keep in mind that you permit does not supersede private property rights so you can be asked to leave if they do not agree with the carrying style and refusing to do so is trespassing. Carrying concealed prevents most of those situations.

Missing??? All the signs point to her leaving on her own for her own reasons. She apparently does not want to be found by her family since she severed all means of communication and that is her right. Since she is an adult law enforcement should not be involved.

The key difference in this is case was the appeals process was not exhaused like it normally is when it comes time to carry our the execution. Since he is legally entitled to appeal his conviction when it was filed it put a stay on the sentence until it is reviewed by the courts. Normally the execution is carried out when the accused has no other courts to appeal to, this one is a rarity.

Actually it is knows as the '7 deadly sins'. Murder, voluntary manslaughter, rape, aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery and armed robbery if committed with a firearm are all crimes where a juvenile can be charged as an adult.

He was a juvenile when the crime was committed.

So...she is not really 'missing'. She is just avoiding contact with everyone for whatever reason which she can do as an adult. I am surprised LE is even involved.

Hopefully they get caught but it is unlikely unless any traceable property was taken. People simply make it to easy for the thief looking for an easy score. A vehicle surrounded by glass does not offer any security for valuables inside in plain view. If you would not leave the item sitting on the hood unattended then you should not leave it in the passenger seat.
