Does anyone know anything about the woman & 2 kids

People make really good money doing that. There is plenty of help in the community in the form of food banks for people who actually look for and need it. Some people are professionals at manipulating others by praying on kindness. -
Georgia insistence on adding yield signs to right-turning lanes is not only inconsistent with with nearly every other state, but also incredibly stupid. It makes the left-turning vehicle have to overly-analyze the situation and actively have to look for a yield sign facing the opposite direction in order to determine if they have the right-of-way or not. Not really. All the left turning vehicle has to acknowledge is the presence of a turning lane. If it is there they have the right of way. That would be a fair statement if all intersections had a green arrow. Since they don't

The right turning driver will yield 100% of the time if they are in a right turn lane which also will always display a yield sign. If there is no turn lane and they occupy the only travel lane then they maintain right of way and complete their turn. Which is the exact reason we have so many accidents. Ignorance or simple carelessness as to the basic rules of the road.

Nah...just asking for common sense. Expensive easily taken items left in plain view are not safe in a locked vehicle, much less so in an unlocked one. The evolution of electronics has spurred a dramatic rise in thefts from a vehicle because it is such an easy crime which is highly profitable, open the door and out in 15 seconds with the GPS, Ipod and laptop left in the front seat. 15 years ago they at least had to work for the CD player in the dash or unbolting the amplifier. -
While that is a topic for discussion, the sidewalks or fountains have absolutely no bearing on the initial topic of the county offices being closed. That is a matter for the City of Dallas and the voters withing the city limits who elect people to spend their tax money..

You will never find any company in any service industry who will be able to 100% fix machines the first time on every call. It is pretty common to have multiple problems causing an issue which will temporarily go away when one problems is fixed. The company did the right thing and did not charge for the call yet they are still being blasted. They handled it just as any reputable company should.

I love it. We usually plan something in the fall break and winter break.

How so? All crude, mo matter where it is from, is traded as a commodity on the open market. Blends from the US, primarily Texas light sweet, stay on par with the rest of the world blends when it comes to price. Oil taken from Texas and sold here is certainly not discounted in any meaningful way. Using a 7/15/11 price list for example.....the USA crude benchmark was $105, the OPEC average was $114, and the BRENT blend was $117.

You can't look up a cell phone. They are not in an open directory like land lines.

I, as a taxpayer, am willing to pay the extra expense if there truly is one. Most of those studies are by groups who want to abolish the death penalty.

We are discussing murder, in fact a cold blooded murder who killed his family.

I am all about arranging that meeting. You take a life, society should take yours. Allowing one to live when they forever ended the life of another only has one just punishment.
