I was saying the AP story was still using the same old information they have been running for over a week. The 'dispute' was raised by Martin's families statement to the media which said he was the one yelling for help, not by LE or the actual witnesses to the event. The information LE released today was that Zimmerman stated he was yelling for help and it was verified by witnesses. The Sun went further and said a first hand witness who was interviewed by local media publically verified Zimmerman's entire account.

Which was an old story. Since then LE stated Zimmerman's account was backed by witnesses and one who was interviewed by local media 100% backed Zimmerman's account. Also, you will find Martin was shot in the chest at close range. Had Martin been on his back the bullet would have struck the ground after impact. Since that is not the case it further supports Zimmerman's account that he was on his back being assaulted.

That is because "most reports" were nothing but baseless crap. They showed pictures of a 12yo child instead of a current photo and they portrayed Zimmerman as white instead of Hispanic. They wrongly portrayed the neighborhood as mostly white to make people assume Martin was suspicious simply because of the color of his skin. This information is directly from LE and from the recently released initial report. A few other things that will add credibility to Zimmerman's story: The shooting did not happen near the back of the neighborhood where he told the 9-1-1 dispatcher he saw the Martin run. It happened back closer to his vehicle which lends credibility to his statment that he was approached and confronted by Martin. He yelled for help and received injuries from a sustained assault before utilizing the deadly force in his possession.

Well the latest release of information today basically states: Zimmerman was following on foot at a distance and lost sight of Martin, he never confronted or even spoke to him in any way. Because they use it to their advantage because the "back end" of a car deal can be more profitable than the "front end". They will play with the interest rates and length of the loan to get you in the area you are willing to pay even though you may have qualified for better terms with a lower payment. Figure out the total amount to be financed, find the average interest rate for your credit range, and use an online calculator to compare it with different terms to see what you payment will be within a few dollars per month.

Talk in real numbers, don't play the "how much per month game". If you know the total number to be finance you can look up what your payment will be even even figuring in different length terms.

The school can take disciplinary action against any of its students for criminal activity, especially felonies, even if they do not occur on school grounds or during school hours.

Miguel....nothing. He is not legally required to report a crime of that nature and it was not directly related to the ultimate crime anyway. Chris.....nothing. He is not required to report any suspicious beliefs and even if he did relay everything there was nothing concrete as to a possible location or even a type of criminal activity. Bubba...guilty of conspiracy to commit felony murder/robbery/theft. He knew of the plan, assisted with finances which was a substantial step in the actual commission of the crime and later expected proceeds from the crime.

Yup...the only thing this proves since it happens every year is that we have a cycle of bad parenting. A good parent would tell their child "look....I know it is some 'tradition' around the school to paint the road but you are not to be involved if it happens this year because stuff like that is against the law". Anyone with common sense should know just because no one has been caught before does not make it right or any less illegal. If you can find a way to get paint off a brick surface with soap and water you should start you own company....you would make millions. The reason it is expensive is because you can't get paint off bricks like that, you can't blast it off because it damages the surface and you can't paint over it. It is a tedious process.
