LOL...I guess we will just have to disagree because I will never rate a pierced ears as an equal to a full bicep tattoo on a 4th grader.
-
Let me say it one more time. I think a tattoo is in a class of its own when it comes to being permanent. I consider piercings temporary and in the same class as hair coloring and nails.
-
I just don't see it that way and to me there is a huge difference in the two.
-
Girls also get nail jobs and color their hair which is not as radical or even remotely similar to the permanence of a tattoo.
-
However society believes children should not be subjected to some things when they are not old enough to understand the consequences of their actions. If you cannot see the difference in a piercing and a permanent tattoo then I don't know what to say.

There is a very narrow and incomplete description there of what a crime is. To name a few there are criminal acts for personal injury as above along with property damage, land rights, privacy matters, thefts, offenses against public order, and even negligent acts that are crimes.

Because that is not what the law says. Anyway, his 'ink' is going to look great in a few years since he is still growing and his arm will change size as he gets older since now he is a child.

You can take a Motorcycle Safety Foundation course at other places other than HD. It is $250 for a 2 day weekend class and well worth it. https://online.dds.ga.gov/motorcycle/index.aspx

It is all perspective. The crime rate per capita has been pretty stable and violent crime has significantly decreased in the past two decades. The difference is we now live in a 24/7 instant news society instead of relying on word of mouth, local papers, and local news. So now peoples perspective of the amount of crime is skewed because they instantly hear things from all over the nation.

....but they do have beer and wine in numerous locations.

Nothing if you are referring to the letter that came through the mail since there is no way to verify it was legally served to the named person. If she does not show at the time specified on the letter they will then normally send the local Sheriff's Office out to personally serve the person with a notice to appear. If they ignore that then they are subject to punishment.

Opinions on 'incense' kids are smoking..........

The stuff being sold is not common 'incense' or 'bath salts' people think of, that is simply what they are marketed as. The people who make this stuff cannot legally sell the chemical intoxicants as a product made for human consumption. The material which resembles 'incense' or 'bath salts' is simply a carrier for a chemical intoxicants used to get people high. The particular chemicals being used have not been made illegal in many areas and since the product is marketed "not for consumption" it circumvents that aspect of regulation. -
It is very simple....the state legislators put the decision in the hands of each local jurisdiction with a stipulation it would not be decided in a special election. Cities were the first who had the opportunity to bring it to a vote because elections were already scheduled for city wide positions last fall. The unincorporated areas do not have an election scheduled until later this year so the first opportunity for those out of the city limits to vote on the matter will be then. It is not some great conspiracy, it just has not been voted on.

What? Peyton Manning is one of the best mechanical QB's ever. His throwing motion is a common comparison used by coaches developing young QB's.

5TH wheel is superior in every aspect.

The other side of that is "what has he done to merit such praise"? He did not have that great of a year and in fact he had a horrible playoff run where he lost the final 3 games against relatively poor competition. That dropped his team to .500 causing them to barely make the playoffs because he only managed one TD pass coupled with a 1/2 dozen interceptions over those 3 games. Basically, people chose to praise him as a some great football player not because of his play but because of the other aspects of his life. That kinda rubs many true fans the wrong way who judge players by talent an

So has every other player in the league. You don't get to that level by chance.

I am sure the intersection will be improved at that time to allow for a proper red light with turning lanes in each direction. Right now that is not possible due to the shoulder drop off.

People who think like that should be slapped.

The sooner the better.

People do strange things when your routine day consists of your buddies getting maimed and killed while you try to kill the enemy who is out to kill you.

Of course they can cut them if they are near the lines within the easement. Never do improvements on property subject to access restrictions. If they ever need to get their trucks or equipment on your side of the lines expect the fence to come down.

Religion and rehabilitation in prison for the most part is a sham and nothing more than a way for the inmates to pass the time. You have to be dealing with a person who really wants change for there to be any results. These people willingly made the life they live and they will reenter that same life when their confinement is over.

Tebow is in a big happy bubble right now that is surrounding the whole team. When it pops the fall will be sudden. People are drawn to him right now because they want the 'nice guy' who is an underdog to win. They are so blinded by this aurora of holiness around him they ignored the 0-3 playoff run melt down he had where he threw only 1 TD combined with 4 INTs over the final 3 game stretch including a 60 passing yard performance which dropped the team to a .500 record in danger of missing the playoffs.
