This is a BAD company. I had paid Davis (who American bought) for 6 months without knowing they were purchased. We had the worst service from American same story as yours...they claimed we did not put the can out... but others on our street were "skipped" too....hmmmmm????? Like you, we have been with Gas South at 67 cents - for 12 months though. It was coming up for renewal in November. It may not be termites, however is is probably some insect. It could be carpenter bees drilled into your fascia boards, and laid larva... the woodpeckers can actually hear them in there and they will come to "extract" them, just as they would from a tree.
