Senate 31 candidate Carruth residency challenged
Gone replied to GreenEyedGirl's topic in Paulding County NEWS
So…. He’s “allegedly” a deadbeat…. If he actually defaulted on 2.3 million dollars to the FDIC then in my book ... he IS deadbeat!!!! Per the below article he owes money ....Then ....he ... is .... a ..... liar… and Pubby has it on tape! NOT NOOOOTTTTT, Not.... NOT vote'n for a LIAR!!!!! Can't do it .... I guess it does not really matter where he lives! <snip> "Attached to this letter are two documents confirming that Mr. Carruth and his wife, Laura, owe the federal government, and thus the taxpayers, $2,351,661.86. Senate 31 candidate Carruth residency challenged
Gone replied to GreenEyedGirl's topic in Paulding County NEWS
I was going to ask this on last night’s thread about Christ's residency challenge... My understanding is Carruth claims he lives with his mom who rents the home she lives in. However, he has quite a nice home somewhere else where he has lived for some time. People were actually joking about where they have "heard" he lives now. I guess I see why he needs to get back into politics and hold office so he can SQUEEZE more money out of "We The People." It seems too many politicians are parasites. They only thrive while sucking the host to death. Since he has a 2 millio -
Our family is far away. When they come here or we go there it is for at least a month ... the time change, and cost of travel just make it a waste to not stay longer than a week. Mom just visited, she was here almost a month. We really should have scheduled her return ticket for the end of June ... we had so much more to do together. I miss her already. When the kids were younger we would travel and stay with family the whole summer (when summer was three months.) We usually stayed with my brother's family for 2 months or more helping on the farm, then would stop and see grandpar

As long as they complete their community service, they are free to go about their life... in fact I bet they walk a little straighter and narrower than most others at this point! Is this child supposed to bear a Scarlet Letter across their clothing forever more? Good heavens I think the horse is dead?!!!!!!??????

I had it at age 16. Like others, the reason I went to doctor was my throat hurt – really badly! Also the glands in my neck were so swollen from the strep I could barely hear. The strep was the worst part for me. For decades I seemed to get strep if it was going around. I was on a competitive rowing team, so I was very strong and fit. I never felt tired or lethargic. Once the antibiotics helped the strep, I felt so much better - I think like 3 days. I took a few weeks off of rowing but since I was diagnosed during Christmas break, I did not miss many practices. The doctor

Anyone using the Meals On Wheels Program for Seniors?
Gone replied to SushiBoofay's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Cooking for one is not easy. One of the places that makes nice, interesting, and cost effective meals for one is Trader Joes. It is a bit of a drive from Paulding, however maybe that is something you and your mom could do once a month or so. Much of their entrées are frozen. Take a cooler, spend a few hours and fill up mom's freezer with fun meals that she can take out and cook for a few minutes, without wasting food, or messing up the kitchen. Quick cooking without compromising quality or flavor. Delicious entrées (made from a combination of foods from 2 or more food gro -
And wouldn't you feel silly if it DID work? Any news... has anything worked yet?

I would have sworn hand sanitizer would work. It takes dry erase off of school desks, hands, laminated posters... I would think it would work on paint. I always thought it was the alcohol content - so I guess if alcohol did not work, hand sanitizer would not work either. I think that makes you forget dry erase is "ON" the WALL!

Since "LOST" I have avoided any TV series that seemed to be going into the “unexplainable” storyline, and any Bad Robot or J.J. Abrams show - I am NOT wasting time watching his shows! NOW, I did stumble into one I may be sorry that I started ... but so far so good! My son was watching “Awake” in the family room while I was in the kitchen cooking ... (another show that I purposely did not watch.)The family room and kitchen are basically one open room... so I saw enough that I started asking him what was going on. It is well written and has a double plot woven into t

Cedartown... the staff is helpful and friendly. I had to get my license renewed a few months ago, and there was no wait. I got there about 4:00 PM on a weekday, since they are no longer open on Saturdays. My son took his driver’s test with a 4:30 appointment time, and again, they were very organized and took care of us as scheduled. There may have been 4 or 5 other people, but nothing like I remember when I first moved here in 1998. I went to the one in Cobb, on County Services Road, and waited literally hours in line to change over my license to a GA license. It was

SO, I GOT MY BILL CARRUTH FLYER IN THE MAIL......

I don't know that E. Paulding Dr. can be cut by anyone other than home owners. However, I know that Todd Pownall, David Austin, and others (who were recruited) took their personal tractors and cut medians of our major roads, and areas that businesses no longer cut - since their doors had shut due to the economy. (This was at the height of the funding crunch. ) They spent their own time on the weekends to make our roads look manicured. It was very noticeable as you went into Cobb from Paulding, that Cobb had no funding, nor did they have concerned citizens who took their ow -

I voted for B, because it has a crisp clean look. However ... I was thinking an all blue card might be more unique - easier to find in a pile of business cards - if you were searching for it. But I felt the all blue was harder to read and more distracting. -
I understand BB's, knives, spray paint, and video games that have a limit for an 18 year old age limit- in a way. (Not every 16 through 18 year old is licensed.) However you are correct a 3000 pound car can, and does do untold damage in the wrong situation. What I don't get is "Wite-Out" tape? Four years ago, my then 17 year old son, was told he couldn't buy "Wite-Out" at Wal-Mart until he was 18 ...it wasn't the liquid, but the TAPE!!!!!????? A family friend (from church,) whose husband is on staff at the church, was behind my son in line and said she would buy it. The Wal-Mar

Really ... lots of emotions but I doubt "Randy" is the one you have when your spouse dies? Something's wrong here ...I think it is to hide the other rights they are taking away!

It never makes sense when parents bury their children. I can’t imagine the pain. The only thing I can relate, when some close friends lost a child, at the ceremony we were told, “That as we live down here on earth we see the bottom of a tapestry rug, which is lovely, all the detail and stitches, and changes in the thread colors and shapes, but in heaven they get to see the top of the rug, and it is so glorious!” We miss them so tremendously; it is hard to understand why they are not here with us. It probably will never make sense. Rely on friends and family, keep your life full

Plus... everyone wants to see how well a shirt fits braless ... with your butt hanging out! -
Years ago I read he does not wear deodorant/antiperspirant ... since that time I cannot watch a movie without thinking he probably stinks. It was confirmed when “Fool’s Gold” co-star, Kate Hudson, complained about his body odor. I remember watching “Fool’s Gold”before I read Kate Hudson's comment. I noticed it was hot and people looked glossy on their face ...I kept thinking... and he has on no deodorant/antiperspirant! He does have a cute personality/charisma in the films he has made.

I liked what I heard on the radio today, "Maybe the Myans got it right. 2012 must be the end, because it will be hard to usher in 2013 without Dick Clark!" R.I.P.

6-year-old handcuffed after tantrum in kindergarten class

Yeah, that was my concern too. She was too small -the kid was too strong, and you are right ...it was not like she was getting hazard pay! Her husband had his job cut and her income was important while he looked for work. She would have quit if they were not in that situation... she said it was very scary to be in the room with the child. But really, what is the school going to do with the scary kids? As a nation we educate all children in the hopes that they will take care of themselves as adults. -
Oh! THATS GOOD ...I want some! As long as they aren't too stinky!
