School grades, responsibility, following family values and standards are tied to the privilege of driving and there for a phone. My 19 year old got a phone at 16, when he earned the privilege of having a driver’s license. My soon to be 15 year old will get a phone when he earns the privilege of having a driver’s license. He was given a Motorola Razor from his grandparents and cannot wait to get his drivers license in a little over a year so he can activate the phone.

I wonder what would have happened if they had been washed? A washed garment looks different than a never been washed one. In the report, the second time they put oil on the undies and they were still returned and put back on the rack... disturbing. I would be interested to see if the news crew had washed the undies ...would they have been put back out on the rack ... or written up as "damaged" and destroyed? I like the word Independent too. Problem is what ballot do you ask for in the Primary? Unless there is a large group that declare Independent you may only be voting for one seat, while your other local positions could be under Democrat and Republican.
