I went to Phoenix online for my first masters in education.... Second online degree Specialist in Leadership at Liberty University... And currently at University of West Ala for a masters in school counseling... Hard work but learned the needed material... I would suggest it to anyone that is self motivated and can make deadlines...

Don't know if she will or could get in trouble... My thoughts are ..I am sure at times most army, navy, marines... All think it suxes... Just like everyone elses job at times can be a pain... Being away from family during this time of year is hard. Just because they join doesn't mean they will love it ALL the time. They are human... Now is it appropriate to post that on a social networking site .. Maybe not

Eym Sirius, I think he is right... We do foster care and the kids dentist stopped taking the kids Medicaid .. I was really upset because we have used him for so long... He explained to me that he paid his assistant more than what he woukd get from Medicaid... And that's not including having the others who work for him that make the appts, file the INS ... So it is possible for them to lose money at the rates Medicaid pays them.. The dentist said he could change some things and level of care to break even but that wouldn't be fair to the patients...he spent a lot of time explaining it to me.. I

It gets really hard for us... Our oldest son has been in korea for seven months and will not be home for the holidays. I'm glad you had some quality time with him..that's great and will help you through the time he is deployed...how old is your son?

I would almost bet she has medical INS... But we live In america the land of the free.. If they locked up everyone society thought was mental or different... There would be very few people free... I would almost say she does have family that cares deeply... But you can't just have someone put away...not even family (for a long period... Sure for a few days but then they get out and your back at square one). It is hard to get some 10-13 or 10 -14 and they almost always get out in a few days...

That's the thing.... They get very little punishment for such horrible acts on innocent children! Man in Paulding that killed the little boy a few years ago... Is ONLY serving a 15 years sentence... And he most likely will not serve all 15. -
Thanks

Where is this church located?

That's a great point.... But how many people that have read this thread or the article in the ajc are willing to help these children? Or children like them? Everyone gets angry about it but very few are willing to help...
-
Everyone seems to be pretty upset by this story... Anyone think as they read...man I could help these kids? Foster and adoptive parents really make a difference... As do CASA workers... There are a lot of ways to help children like these....

Douglas county sheriffs office offers the Care program... It is several steps ..one class eight hours for students... They tell them everything from the laws ..to caring for the car... To the dangers of texting, DUI, distractions ....next step a defensive driving class that is certified (helps with INS). Then a cone course in the skid car, a day in the simulator ... Then they graduate...it's free... And no it is not the same as what they have to have for joshuas law... The parents also attend two night classes for like an hour each night... You can get information on the douglas county

Made me cry! My son has been gone over five months... Made missing him a little worse... -
I guess it was about 2008 when we paid the 180.00. (we have to pay for medicine then send in an invoice to the ins co) Then last month it was only 28.00... I would have died if I had to buy it in 2006... You were not kidding when you said it was high! Lol
