Pubby I am sorry to tell you but you are wrong in this case... Unfortunately this lady killed her self last night... she was a huge supporter of Douglas County Schools...the last several years. She has two children one girl and one boy... one in high school and one has graduated... I am at loss at what happened to make this lady due such a thing and leave her children...

Douglas County is offering free dump service for Douglas county flood victims... and also are open on Sundays... sorry not sure about Paulding.

Thanks LGM... actually my family meaning cousins were there playing cards... her sister was meeting her there... they would not let her sister in the place... and the first sister and her husband were told they had to leave the city police were there... a local business came over and told them why they THOUGHT the business had been closed... MeWhoElse... sorry... Mcfarlands family was there and a local business said they were shut down by the city... due to dumping 5 gallon buckets of sewage ... because their septic tank was fulll... and was susposed to be dumped by today and wasnt... THIS IS HEAR SAY

and a local resturant was shut down like today while it was in the middle of serving customers...

Thanks I will have to try that.. in the pictures you can see the mold already on the carpet and walls... The guy from FEMA was out today... he said that Hydrojet was exactly right in everything they told me to do. He said he has seen many floods like this and it is important for people to properly get rid of the mold asap.

Our basement was flooded and my husband and sons wet vac for two days thinking we had taken care of everything and put fans out (four). I was in this neighborhood today... sad sad sad... most of the families that have kids at my school have lived in this neighborhood their entire lives and their parents lives... one family owns two houses there they were just speechless... not even sure where to start... We helped a couple of the familes with some clothes, gift cards, water and such but it seemed like such a small effort for such a big problem.. they were very appreciative.. but I wished I could have done more..

I am going to purchase 10 large pizzas, bottled water, and cokes in a cooler and pass it out in an neighborhood in Austell tomorrow. Today me and my son helped two familes move stuff and I took them clothes, and diapers... Looking around today and talking to people many people are sleeping in their cars in their driveways they do not want to leave their houses.... and they are having to pick up stuff to eat which gets expensive... Yesterday I pmed Hydrojet basically we were tired of using the wet vac to get the water up and it seemed like we would never get the basement cleaned. There are three rooms downstairs where the carpet had been wet. The smell was HORRIBLE so I asked that they come out and give me an estimate. These folks are GREAT they could have taken advantage of us (I was very sick of cleaning and just wanted it completed and was willing to pay whatever to get the job done) Instead of taking my money they let us borrow some high powered fans and told us exactly what to do to complete the job. We were at the doctor with our 8 year old last Friday. They did a flu test and it was positive. He had a temp of 103.8, headache, aching all over, and coughing. When I said he had the flu shot already she said it isnt the regular flu.. and anyone with the flu now has the swine flu.... he ran a fever friday, saturday all day and night.. no fever sunday but cough still there... doctor said 3 days with fever is normal and cough can last a couple of weeks. My son is seen at the AFLAC center twice a year for a brain tumor. His is beign now but they monitor it every 6 months. He has to have a MRI and then see the different doctors they call it a clinic visit so we are there all day when we go and we see so many sad sad cases. I leave that place crying everytime. The doctors and nurses are so kind and they really seem to care about their patients. We only see them twice a year now and they still remember the entire case and situation. They also see Mark for all his other needs and even have a education specialist that can go to the child school
