I did talk to Judge Osborne today. He was the actual DA on the case. He was AWESOME!!! He is a bank of info!! He was very open and honest about everything. Tomorrow I will be doing an open records request. He said it should go through and I'm hoping I can get it tomorrow or friday.

thanks DGITW... I have that already. I got more out of that stuff so far. The judges won't talk.....they won't let you see the evidence. It's locked in some secret storage. I will say that the Clerk of the Court has been wonderful. It's weird that I can get more information on Wayne Williams from Fulton Co. than I can from Paulding. I do understand appeals...and I know he can appeal...But so can Wayne Williams. I've got photos of shoes, news reports, pictures of bodies.. lots of awesome info. Paulding....not so much.

I'm researching Nicholas Tate and the other Tate brothers for a report and presentation that I have to do for one of my classes. There isn't any video of this case anywhere. No news reports...nadda. I have found some articles but no video. I have searched the internet, I have even been in the courthouse searching...and I have even spoke to the GBI agent and PCSO already. They were very helpful. Provided me lots of details on the case (most I already knew) but they didn't know..or couldn't give me any background on the family. Where did the boys go to school? Where did the parents

Also with the deactivated cell phones and 911... they don't have a number to trace back to if something happens and the phone gets disconnected.

You are right. He is the one who represtented Nicholas Tate. When criminals are facing the death penalty they don't just get a court appointed attorney. Oh, and in 36 years, 131 death row inmates were found innocent and Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) testing alone has proven 234 people innocent. Many wrongly convicted individuals received life sentences. I'm NOT saying Ledford is innocent and I do think he IS a monster...but I am saying that the State does get it wrong.

I'm doing research on the Nicholas Tate case right now..... wow. He had an appeal in 2010. It was denied by the Ga Supreme Court. Even though he didn't ask for the appeal..it was automatic. I have learned way to much about that case.

Oh and now at Hobby Lobby you don't have to print the coupon...you just show them your phone.

yes....and it was the same price as what the groupon is asking for just the dive. This was 2 years ago and we paid $225 for the dive and a video with pictures.
