SUBBY you are correct. Do what you need to do for You and your family. My ex-ratbazturd filed and listed me as creditor. 2 - 3 yrs later he is stepping out in a NEW house, a new mustang and a new truck. He even has credit cards. Is it terrible yes. Is it life ending and you will never get anything else - Not hardly.
