The car dealerships off Barrett Parkway in Cobb (Barrett Lakes Blvd) "moved" a cemetery to build the car lots. There were well over a hundred family members at the hearing before the county commissioners asking them not to move the cemetery. There were over a hundred graves, several families involved (a community cemetery), graves well over a hundred years old, some slaves, at least one Confederate soldier. There were two (2) family members who said they could move the graves. Guess who the commissioners voted with - the two!! Commissioners who were on record as objecting to the cemetery

This is NOT TRUE!! This is NOT TRUE!!

You might like the Tamron 18-270mm zoom lens. Hubby bought me one and liked it so much, he bought one for himself, too.

Well, I've noticed my bra size has changed. I now wear a 36 Long. Also, I don't have to shave my legs as much as I used to. That's so I can pay attention to the hair now growing on my chin.

B & H Photo out of NY should have anything you need or want. Best prices probably anywhere. DH has been buying online from them for years. He's a Canon guy. Lots of great cameras out there now.

Ours used to come around 4:30 to 5:00 am. I think they try to avoid rush hour and blocking the roads with their trucks when traffic is heaviest.

There's lots to do in St. Augustine. The old town has great restaurants, shops, the Fort, the Fountain of Youth, the Oldest School building, etc. Fun place to visit. Full of history!

My DH went to an acupuncturist for sciatic nerve pain. Relief was soon and has not returned several months later.

What about the Ragsdale house?

Airport is OK, people were pretty friendly. Just don't venture into the surrounding areas. Lots of blight and crime. If possible, we avoid Detroit when going to Michigan. We usually drive on our yearly trip, so we don't have to go there. They just found those two missing teenagers bodies there. Sad town.

She did post that her daughter's show will air on July 25.

Marietta Square, parade at 10:00 a.m., activities all day, fireworks at night.

Marietta will be having a parade at 10:00, all kinds of arts/crafts and childrens' activities going on all day, too, fireworks at night. I hear Santa is going to be in the parade, too!

If they ask for ANY money, RUN FAST! Real agents do not charge up front. If in doubt, DON'T!

If it's a bank foreclosure, there should be a real estate sign on the property. Call the agent and ask about the yard. Be nice, as the RE agent is only that - he is not the owner and can only do what the bank instructs him to do. It is illegal for you to cut the yard yourself. You can be fined for trespassing.

There's always egg salad, pimento cheese, and pineapple/cream cheese sandwiches. I make these sandwiches and stack them, use an electric knife to cut the crusts off, and either cut into triangles, or rectangles. I usually make my own egg salad, pimento cheese, and pineapple/cream cheese/chopped pecans fillings. I also make an open face pineapple/cream cheese sandwich by using the sliced pineapple can to cut the bread into a circle, then put on cream cheese and a slice of pineapple. I put a cherry in the pineapple hole to dress it up. ETA: I've used white bread, or one slice of white a

Cedartown. Maybe call first to check times.

We have several families at our church who work with Georgia Agape as foster parents. GA has training classes and they usually are in need of foster parents. Some children are available for adoption as well.

I guess you've never gone faster than the posted speed limit, or didn't come to a complete stop at a stop sign, or driven through a 'gore', or done anything you could have been arrested for if you were caught by the proper authorities. You must be perfect, and therefore feel you are entitled to cast stones. Maybe you need to forgive (apparently some part of this affected you personally) and forget and let this matter close.

Deer ticks are very small. Most people don't even see the ones that bite them. An adult deer tick (now called black legged tick) is about the size of a sesame seed.
-
I only use salt, pepper, and about 1-2 teaspoons of sugar. Sometimes bacon, too.
-
Some tick bites can cause flu-like symptoms. Check for those, too.

Tiffany's has some great sterling silver key chains. When our DD graduated from Flight Attendant School in 2003, we got her one with the world and an airplane on it. She's been a pilot for 5 years now, and the key chain is still in great condition. She still loves it!

Siri loves our 20 month-old grandson. He knows how to find her without any help from us, and he jabbers to her. She will respond with "calling ___________", or "do you want me to call Laura W or Laura C?" He will jabber back and Siri will say, "Calling Laura C in Michigan." Siri recognizes him on our daughter's phone, too, "Calling Mike in Dubai". We have to do some quick phone grabs to terminate the calls! Siri has a harder time recognizing my DH's voice now!
