Best gardening secret ever!!! NO miracle gro! Use "tone" organic fertilizers!!!!!!! There's Flower tone, tree tone, Holly tone, etc. I'm telling you all they work so much better and they are totally safe and organic. I use Flower tone on all my veggies and they are always amazing. A little hard to find but totally worth it. Pikes has it usually. If not, Google it and get it from wherever you can. A wonderful Southern woman watering her garden in a big 'ol floppy hat told me about it a few yrs ago. Can't beat it!

I'm so sorry for your loss. The sting of death is unlike any other pain in this life. Be encouraged though...you will meet again one day very soon.

Gah! I can't afford it. As part of my new life-change/daily workout, I walk everywhere I can. It's amazing how differently you live when you consider WALKING instead of jumping in the car everytime you think you need something. I've become a "list-writer" and more organized in my trips.

Oh yes, you DEFINITELY feel the ache of muscles you never knew you had! I'm going on a month now and today I actually could see some muscle definition in my arms and legs. My arms have always been itty bitty so I have REALLY been working them as hard as I can stand. It is VERY encouraging to see the results. My legs have always had some definition but now I see it alot more...not to mention the energy I have and sleep comes much easier these days.Keep it up! We are getting there! Oh, I guess beer doesnt help, huh? I HAVE to have my beer though. I do a few extra miles on the treadmill a week

I used to be a swimmer and a runner for excercise but since I've moved way down South, I decided to hire a personal trainer...and he's KILLING me!!! Body parts hurt that you didn't know you had. I've been there 5 days a week now for almost a month. Seriously though, it's GREAT! I should have done this years ago(like in my twenties!). Working out with weights coupled with cardio gives you pretty fast results. It is fun to watch as your body tones up and the soreness and shear pain gets easier. It is SO worth the effort! Do you feel the same? What motivates you to get into the gym?
