I see Ken Wegenhart, DVM, almost exclusively at East Pauling. When he is not there I see his wife, Heather. There is no difference in their capabilities. Ken just happened to be there when I went in, and he is now seeing my dogs almost exclusively as I have said. The other vets at East Paulding are all very good. I am sorry about your dog. He will always have a place in your heart, and the pain can be so terribly hard to deal with. If there is anything that I can do for you, ie, you just need someone to talk to, I am all ears. I have had dogs for a very long time and am a very small br

That doesn't take much, compared to Letterman and the no-name on ABC. I'm glad I have a DVR, because late night network TV sucks.

One thing's for sure. He only has one way to go from last night. It was painful to watch. Johnny Carson and Jay Leno's legacies have nothing to fear.

I can fix that with a couple of sticks of dynamite.

Pubby will get it all fixed as soon as he gets Obamacare's website up and running.

I'm just glad they are effectively thinning out the gene pool.

Which piece of glass? A windshield is a very critical part of your car, beyond keeping the bugs out of your teeth. Having been in the auto glass biz, I can tell you that the installation is CRITICAL. Use a glass shop that has been in business for a long time and uses AGRSS certified techs. The kind and quality of urethane they use to glue the glass into the opening is very important. Having said that, call GlassDoctor. And the LAST place I would ever work on one of my cars is Safelite.

TX Sportscaster's take on Micheal Sam.
glassdogs replied to cookies are sweet's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I just read a story about Michael Sam on one of the MU athletic social media pages. After his "announcement" last August at a team get together, a few days later on the practice field a red-shirt freshman made a comment about Sam. The story goes that it took 4 coaches and about half the defensive squad to keep Mr. Sam from whipping some ass. I imagine that any future NFL teammate who opens his mouth will soon be picking his teeth out of his butt. Unlike the whiney little punk in Miami that Richie Incognito "hazed" and got suspended over, Michael Sam is gonna play some football. I'd like -

As a proud alumni of the University of Missouri, I have some very mixed emotions about all this. First, Michael Sam is what he is. A first team All-American, Defensive Player of the year in the SEC, and soon to be a fellow alumni. I am amazed at his football skills. Most of the offenses he played against double teamed him in their blocking schemes. Interestingly, he was recruited out of a small town in Texas by Mizzou, pretty much a no-name in the recruiting blogs and websites back then. Gary Pinkel and the MU assistants took him to heights nobody thought he could attain. Secondly, I -
If your power didn't go out as a result of this past storm, you have me to thank! I went out to the shed, found the generator which hadn't been cranked for 8 or 9 years, pulled the carb off and cleaned it, filled the tank with new gas, and cranked it right up. I know full well that if I hadn't done that, we'd have had trees down everywhere, and power outages for days at a time. You are welcome.

So, you locking up "your" water to keep somebody from stealing it is against the law, but they won't try to find out who the REAL criminal is?...figures.

It's a GOOD start. Speaking of middle easterners and things that go BOOM, it's been real quiet about the GT "student" who was making Molotov cocktails in his dorm room and caught himself on fire. Wonder what is getting covered up in that deal? -
The amount the liberal media spent last year on makeup to cover up their brown noses.

A while back there were some posts about a couple who do in-home pet "sitting". They come in, let the dogs out, feed them, etc. a couple or three times a day. I think they charged $10 per trip, no matter how many dogs are there. I meant to bookmark that information, but apparently I forgetted. Anybody know who these people are and how to reach them? PM me if you wish. Thanks!!

It's a shame we can't do this to politicians. -
Can't be too tough. B. Hussein Obama has made a career out of rolling out the dough.

I never heard of him before. Not a bit heartbroken. Any dumbazz who sticks a heroin needle in their arm deserves whatever bad happens to them.

Can anyone fix an anti-theft device in a 2003 Chevy Malibu?
glassdogs replied to Danaerys's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Do you have an OBD code reader? The key, IIRC, has a chip in it which is "Read" by another chip/device in the steering column near the keyhole. Try spraying some electronic cleaner (nothing oily like WD40) into the key slot, wipe down the steering column, and make sure the ignition key doesn't have something covering the big end of the key that could impede the sensor. Once the anti theft is triggered, I think you have to clear the computer and fix the mechanical culprit before the car will start. Had the same problem with my wife's Eldorado a while back. Had to reset the code and s -

One of my vans had a anti-theft light on the dash, no matter which key I used. I have a OBD2 reader, and I hooked it up underneath the dash and re-set the error code. No more light. Have to say that the van ran a LONG time with the light on the dash. -
This thread reminded me of a conversation I had with my brother a year or so ago. He is a gun dealer. I had acquired a semi-auto rifle that I really didn't want, so I called to see if he had a market for it. His advice was to keep the rifle and acquire a stash of ammo equal to the number of Arabs in the area.
