There is a complete county code of ordinances that apply to the whole county. There are HOA regulations that also apply (over and above) to many subdivisions. The county code is a minimum set of standards. I do not believe there is any necessity to rewrite, re-legislate, modify, or otherwise mess with what is on the books.
