All I can say is I know of a few not to use by the rude remakes they have made to me. Not wise to do..I will need new floors when I return to GA that I am sure $$$$$$$$$$ to be spent. Only one I can think of off the top of my head that I have used and would use again is C MARK.

I will ck with my agent..I don't think I can force a tenet to cover him/herself. And if a guest broke a bone at my house, I'm hoping he/she would have medical insurance. Sue me for what???? Would be cheaper for them to pay the hosp fee than to hire a lawyer..And no way would TRICARE pay for that on my part. But hey I can get free legal advice. Thanks for the tip

I switched over to landlord insurance and my rates went up..For the reason a renter won't take as good of care of a house as the owner would..Fire etc..I use USAA. I have no idea if my renter has it or not..If something happens to my house I am covered. If he doesn't have renters insurance he is out of his belongings. So a renter would be wise to have it, but I won't lose anything over it.

I have a Droid..But I had to switch from AT&T to Verizon..Coverage is better in my area. For AT&T I would get a I Phone. So far I love my DROID because of its size.

I've lost 12 lbs since I moved to MD..This is what I do..I stopped drinking 2 sodas a day and started working. I get less exercise because all I do is sit behind a desk..But I eat less during the day...OJ, Banana and a Yogurt most days and then I eat whatever I want when I get home..Candy you name it. I do try to do a 30 minute walk after dinner 4-5 times a week. Now roll your eyes at me. Because I am getting mad that my clothes are to big. This is coming from a person that never really gains or looses weight.

ME..I use a Management Company. It gets the mortgage paid with a little extra in my pocket each month..I refuse to sell my house and lose money..All I ask is to break even and how many years will that take... I use Melissa Lester.

DH has a Reserve tag that was FREE..Wonder about this year. Reserve tags are free but not VET tags..makes no sense to me

Oh yeah..A few years ago Hubby was painting our son's room. Had the paint can on a stepping stool...You guessed it..It got knocked over, went all over the place..CARPET..And wouldn't you know it the color was RED!!!!!!
