I find them about the same to maybe a little better than most airlines, but I wouldn't recommend Delta at all. Try American Airlines. Their (current) headquarters is Dallas/Ft. Worth, so travel there for a lot of flights is the first stop on a flight to somewhere else from here. You might find flights cheaper because it is home base to them. Good luck on your flight!

Yep, failure to appear for summons can be had if they are detained for other reasons like a traffic stop. They wouldn't come looking for someone just for not showing up for jury duty. Call the clerk for the jury notice and see what they can do for renotification or suggestions for future notices, I'm sure it will involve an address change (and why didn't they update their license?).
