Sorry Captain, but the sorry state of education was evident long before the furloughs....and several other counties have had to do furloughs. I would have a lot of suggestions for our local school board, but they can't be blamed for the national economy. Having said that, unfortunately, the best thing that could ever happen would be to get the federal govt out of our local schools and to a great extent get the state out. Actually, I doubt Chik-fil-a would sponsor any kind of teen sex event. They would probably sponsor events discouraging premarital sex. AND IF ASKED ABOUT IT, would acknowledge such sponsorship.
