Yep...it helped with the weight loss regimen I have been on for the past 1 1/2 years, ever since my doctor told me to get it off. I used to be 265...but now I am at 220...not too bad for 6'3"...I want to get back to around 200-205...and keep it there. Finding clothes that I haven't worn for 6-7 years is just like buying new stuff! I haven't worn suits for years but now I have about 20 that fit again...

Just stay on my Yogurt-Oatmeal-Grits diet...I guarantee you will loose weight...Keep you regular too! So far the upside is...I'm wearing clothes from waaaaay back in my closet...

I agree...Hightower MARTA Station is half-way there and it isn't in a very good area. I wouldn't want to leave my car there for 1/2 hour much less all day!
