I was in a doctor's office a few years back and they had waaay outdated magazines in the waiting room. Just for kicks I decided to flip through a People magazine with the cover story of Hollywood's power couples and how they manage to stay together. Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid, Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins, all these couples (and more) that have split up.

I HAAAAATE when my groceries aren't bagged correctly, especially when I put them in the buggy and on the conveyor belt grouped according to fridge, freezer, pantry, produce, and meat. Back when I worked at a grocery store we sold money orders and Western Unions so it's legit to buy them from a grocery store. However, there was a limit of $300-$400 per money order, so a $600 money order would have to be split into two separate money orders. Our builder left the neighborhood over a year ago. The model house has been sold and occupied by a family. We pay our dues every year but have nothing to show for it. There's not even a realtor sign, just one for the bank that owns the unsold lots.

HOAs are evil. A friend of mine had a HOA tell them they had to sell their truck because pickup trucks aren't allowed to park in their community; same HOA told the same friend they had to remove the lettering from the back of the car window for their church (he's a pastor) because no vehicle is allowed to advertise any company or have any logos on it. Grrr. Anyway, if the fence was approved before then you should be fine. P.S.--At what point is the HOA supposed to be handled by the homeowners and not an outside management company?

This wreck was a couple of months back, on 278 near Humphries Hill Rd. A car hit a pickup that was spun into a tractor trailer and the pickup driver was killed. People were quick to blame the big rig driver, but the news said the driver of the car was arrested. She was texting and using her phone when she knocked the pickup into the truck, and deleted her text so the cops wouldn't find out. She's in bigger trouble now for trying to conceal her phone usage which distracted her and caused the wreck. People, put down the phone!!
