So sad, as a grandmother myself i constantly worry for my grandchildrens safety. This is more reason for me to teach them how to swim. I know that one of them could swim and there is no way to avoid such a tragedy at times, this just breaks my heart. Prayers for the grandmother, sorry the caps was on. Please everyone keep in mind that as grandparents get older, they also lose thier memory,I have dealt with Dimentia and Alzheimer's in my family.Makes me wonder if the grandmother's mind just got off track for a moment. Prayers for her and the families involved.

A little History.I went to North Atlanta High School when it was Northside High School. It was four floors then.. That school was originally built rock solid. Then in the 90's they remodeled and basically gave it a facelift. Back in the 40's and 50's it was a school that only wealthy Atlantans could go. It does not surprise me at all what Atlanta wants to do.

I have sat on my front porch at my house for 17 years here and I can see more and more "walkers" that seem out of place. What I am trying to figure out is why the Paulding Community development office is not in the New Courthouse. I assume the taxpayers are renting it from the owners of the old Regions bank.

I have recieved assessment from Fulton,Bibb and Crawford county ,they have been fair but it is Paulding that scares me the worse. I was in Byron Georgia the other day and filled up my truck for $3.03 a gallon, I was in Cartersville yesterday and gas was $3.26. for the life of me I cannot understand why gas is so expensive here and you can cross into another county and the price drops, is there a hidden tax that we do not know about?Just curious.

May I ask how old your youngest is, mine is 24 and has had Sinusitis and bronchitis and was having the dizziness too. It started about a month ago, we have all had it and my daughter is going thru round 2.My son went to Urgent care in Hiram to no avail they gave him nothing, then one SAt he called me on his lunch break and could not drive because of dizziness so I took him to Paulding ER. nothing except fluid on his right ear drum but they did not recommend any thing,then I took him to a heart specialist and so far everything is fine there but he is still coughing his head off and having dizzi

I just have a question? My neighbor has the salt system and she says it is suppose to be better for the skin but I was just thinking as I always do, If salt will eat up a car then wouldn't eat up a pump more frequently? I know Chlorine is strong too but I would think salt would do alot more damage.I have thought about getting a pool but have not decided because of questions like this. WHich is best economically?

Thanks ya'll for all the help. My son bought me a VCR/DVD player recorder several years ago and I tranferred all of my VHS home movies to DVD's. I pulled several of them out and started playing them in the DVD player and it would not play, kept saying disc error. I tried it on my computer as well and it would not play. SOme are o.k. and some are not. I think I will keep my long lived VHS movies just in case. I cannot bear the thought of trusting my home movies to a disc that will get scratched and may not play like yesterday.BTW, I have the first VHS packed and ready to ship to Texarkana to th

Hi,my mother in law married a man many years ago that had 3 young daughters, The father and my MIL divorced many years ago as well but thier father died when the baby girl was 16 years old and now the three girls are in thier 20's and now have families of thier own.
