This should be a open shut case, cemetaries are tax exempt, so fulton county could not leagaly sell it it to anyonebecause of taxes and if a neighbor paid taxes on it then that was dumb on the neighbors part to do so, The lawyers will probably drag the case out but it still belongs to the family because it cannot be sold for back taxes by the city or the county. there are too many small town judges that need to be pushed out. My hubby and I went thru this in 1987 with his 2 daughters, we went over the judges head and hired the DFACS attorney and he stepped down from handling DFACS and we walked out with the 2 girls, they were in Foster care for a little while because of the mother but the funny thing about the middle and south ga. agencies is they do what they want and even when they had the girls in DFACS care they would let the mama come visit on Fri. @ noon for one hour and I was waiting out back for the mama to leave and I then took the girls home

Letters were sent home from school and plainly stated qualifications and TANF was the qualification, free lunch was one too. Once you are issued a TANF number then folks qualify for the handouts. I will not pay anyone to cash my checks. When someone wrote me a personal check from thier bank and I tried to cash it at thier bank, I would not take checks from them anymore. I told them that I was being charged by thier bank for taking thier check. Most of the folks were upset that the bank was charging and they would then pay cash.

Actually his employer works for a big business around here.I called his boss and then I went there. His boss had no idea it was that bad. My friend that has been sick for a while went to a Psychiatric doctor and I just went on the internet to see reviews on this "Christian" doctor and wholly molley, she has accepted $42,300.00 in kickbacks from Eli Lilly Drug commpany. Christian is in the name of her practice.
