To all of you who are facing your first holiday
Construction Teacher replied to Lady Raider's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Not to try to take away from this thread in any way, shape or form, but honestly my first thought when I read "To all of you who are facing your first holiday without a loved one" instantly went to our troops and their families. I remember my first holiday season away from home. It was kind of tough. After a couple years went by it got easier. As I moved up in rank, we began getting annual briefings just prior to the holiday season cautioning us to be alert and vigilant over our younger Marines. We were basically put on suicide watch over these young Marines, many being away from home for th -

PROHIBITED ACTS O.C.G.A. § 3-3-23 (2009) © The prohibitions contained in paragraphs (1), (2), and (4) of subsection (a) of this Code section shall not apply with respect to the possession of alcoholic beverages for consumption by a person under 21 years of age when the parent or guardian of the person under 21 years of age gives the alcoholic beverage to the person and when possession is in the home o -
GA State Law loophole permits teacher-student sex

No different than parents furnishing alcohol to minor children. It's just damn unfortunate that not all parents can act responsibly in regards to this law. NC, thanks for the shout out today. I appreciate it. -
Racegirl, I second that. When I contacted him my PC had bugs, viruses, the flu, and not just worms, but nightcrawlers. He had me healed up and running again in no time. I'm pretty sure (well maybe not pretty, but damn sure) that Mike would actually like some paying customers as well. This is where I'll take all my puter business.

NC-17 - Thanks for the shout out today. Reesy - Thanks for the opportunity today.

As you probably already know, Aspergers is one of the higher functioning levels on the Autism Spectrum. I am in a similar situation in regards to my childrens mother. I am the physical custodian and anytime something of concern is brought to her attention it seems that it only happens when the kids are with me. Nothing adverse or out of the ordinary ever happens when they are with her. Yeah right!!!

Thank you NC Reesy, Do you know if the leak is between the meter and the house or between the meter and the street. That determines who's responsible for it. Id be happy to come look at it though.

It's lengthy but worth the read 10 Secrets of Success by J. Paul Getty 1. Almost without exception, there is only one way to make a great deal of money in the business world and that is in ones own business. The man who wants to go into business for himself should choose a field which he knows and understands. Obviously, he cant know everything there is to know from the very beginning, but he should not start until he has acquired a good, solid working knowledge of the business. 2. The businessman should never lose sight of the central aim of all business to produce more and better goo -
