We'll be having my in-laws in from Iowa. Thanksgiving day I'll be up and prepping the bird. I'll put it in the fryer at about 11 am with my father-in-laws supervision of course. It is at this point we will pay homage to the sacrificial fowl with the first of several rounds of cool, refreshing adult beverages. It has become quite the spiritual event over the last few years. Upon resurrection of the bird we will begin the 1st of several periods of gluttony, interrupted only by football. Unless my ex won't cooperate and then I'll spend most of my day on the road.

Former Kansas City Chief Larry Johnson tackled Troy Pollyanna by his dreaded dreads a few years ago. It is legal as they are considered part of the equipment. Pig tails, ear adornments,...think I'll go out today and get me some of them there gold teef. LOL.

I'm dealing with a bankruptcy lawyer that's trying to dabble in family law. He's not my lawyer.

Are lawyers in GA required to "declare" or choose what form of law they practice, i.e., real estate, family law, bankruptcy, etc... or are they allowed to run and represent the full gamut of legal issues? What do you call a thousand lawyers at the bottom of the ocean? A good start!

It is amazing how my truck can stall in the most inconvenient places, such as right behind her vehicle. She thought she was put out before. Wait for 10-15 minutes while I work on getting my truck started or put back into gear. May even ask if I can use her phone to call for help!!! LOL. I CAN be just that spiteful to rude and inconsiderate people. I have a low tolerance for stupidity. There is however, a special place waiting in heaven for people like your Mom with her saint-like patience and what she does with your brother.

We didn't get the day off, but our NJROTC and the band students put on an outstanding Veteran's Day Program for us today. All of us in the faculty who are vets were honored as well. As far as student body it was limited to Juniors and Seniors. They were very reverent and respectful. That part was as inspiring as the program itself. We have a very supportive principal as well. It WAS a good day.

Thanks. I do happen to step on a few toes occasionally. I usually get my point across though. -
