Great news! I have been hoping for this since I first read about it quite a long time ago.

I agree there are certain places that HAVE to be open. I was a manager at a warehouse that oftentimes had to be open on holidays. We usually had employees volunteer to work. Other times, we would just work them a short shift. Some celebrate with their families on Christmas Eve or Christmas night, so they may be willing to work Christmas morning when others would rather not. I would hope that the managers would attempt to create a fair schedule, when possible.

I dont lock my car, but I dont leave any valuables in it either. The most they would get is the cheap stock radio, that wont even play a CD. Anyway, I dont want to be stolen from, but I dont want to replace a window either. Also, better they break in my car than my house!!

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 with Windows 7 today, for my boyfriends son for graduation. It has 250GB hard drive, dual core processor, 3GB of memory, 15.4" screen (I think). It is currently on sale at $499, down from $669, I believe. I think the sale lasts until the 30th, and my estimated delivery date is Jan 12th. However, I think they ship sooner, as mine did. I've had my Dell since July and love it. PS--GOOD LUCK!!

I'm trying to create some photo slideshows for Christmas gifts. The photo programs that came on my computer will create the slideshow, and copy to a disc, but it will not play in a DVD player. I want to purchase a program once and for all! I want to be able to add text and music. Something fairly simple. Any recommendations?

I am DONE!!! Just wrapping, and I enjoy that. I even got the stocking stuffers! I am so proud. Usually I get the stocking stuffers so late, the candy is regular candy because the santa stuff is sold out!!

I bought some $1 things at Wal Mart in Hiram. They were mostly gum items. Mini gumballs machines, etc. They were on an end isle near the registers. NOT at the registers, but the first row of aisles after.

Well, that just makes it worse. To spend that kind of money, when you really do want to tell your side..please explain the logic in that. If they want to tell their side, why would they spend $800K, prolonging the inevitable?? Because they are hoping it is not inevitable. Hoping it will go away. So, you are okay with YOUR rights being taken away? There should not be a dollar amount put on someones rights.

Everyone should have their day in court. They could have used the 800,000 defending themselves instead of keeping it out of court. I hate the thought of my RIGHTS being taken away because someone has more money than me. I hardly see this as abiding by the right to a fair trial. And its our tax dollars being used to keep them from having to tell their side, and grant the fair trial. If they have done nothing wrong, why would they spend $800K just to NOT have to tell their side?? Hmmm..makes one wonder.
