I was under the impression that he had served time for a lesser charge that was part of a plea bargain agreement and the judge reneged on the deal. Before anyone spends a bunch of money on these "so-called" pros let me give you a little free advice. Putting a foundation drain around your house will more than likely stop any water problem you might have. The system consist of a four-inch corrugated pipe with a filter fabric "sock" around the pip(this is known as 4 inch sock pipe). Dig a trench around your house that is deep enough so that the top of the pipe is lower than the top of the footing. You should have a few inches of #57 stone (gravel) under the pipe and a few inches on top of the pipe. Attach solid four inch pip

Step one is to make sure you have all your downspouts piped away from the house. Check the grade around the house and try to slope everything away from the house.

Funny. I have lived less than a mile and a half from Morning Side Drive for over 25 years and have had only one problem with burglary. I caught them (a husband and wife team) and tried my best to kill them. I guess the crooks have a pretty good grapevine because we have never had any trouble since. The husband went back to prison because he was on parole and I never did hear what they did with the wife but I know I put the fear of God in both of them. You are only fooling yourself.
