Nutella. I like Nutella right now.

This is how we closed on our house. It was all done with electronic cursive signatures. I learned cursive and graduated in 1994. I still use it because it's much faster when handwriting something like a grocery list, my signature, notes to pet sitter, etc. Printing takes much longer than cursive. And God forbid when the terrorists figure out how to shut down electricity in the US. Half the country would be screwed.

Yes. And where would we be if everything stayed the same...forever? I wouldn't want to live in that world.

Supreme Court Strikes down DOMA and Prop 8

Let me tell you as someone who will be an ExPat by Monday....don't ever run away from something. You will be sorry. I can tell you all about Costa Rica but it isn't somewhere to run to to get away from the US. And Panama's political environment isn't any more stable than the US. Run *to* something...never away. -
It's a witch hunt and it's ridiculous. How many of us could stand by everything we said 30 years ago? We've all made mistakes. Ms. Deen is being persecuted for telling the truth. What message does that send? Let it go. PS. I don't buy ham, nor do I care for Paula Deen. But I hate to watch someone being burned at the stake for so little. Seriously? Are you also boycotting every other person who said questionable things THIRTY years ago? Look in the mirror....you aren't perfect.

I thought it was already established that there are no good places for Spaghetti in Paulding?

It was the owner of the store who was killed. People are so effed up.

Spin off of panhandling thread...

I have seen this same girl at Target in Acworth and DSW in Kennesaw. She gets around quite well apparently. -
It depends on what type of car and what they have in inventory. We sold our Corvette to them and got blue book. The guy explained to me that they will pay more when it's a car that they don't have many of. We also took my husband's Ford F150 there and the price they gave us was $4000 less than we got in private sale.

Beautiful animal. Hope that it is left alone.

Just went to Vincent's for lunch today and had Spaghetti with meat sauce and you couldn't beat the deal AND the taste! The lunch meal came with soup, salad, entree, and dessert! It was quite good.

About new restaurant on Cedarcrest
justgettingby replied to dallas nana's topic in Paulding County NEWS
We went there two weeks ago and it was the best food and service that I have ever had in Paulding County! We went in for a drink and free WIFI and came out stuffed full of EXCELLENT food! Show up hungry because the portions are huge and the food is delicious. And if you like Greek food, you will be more than happy. Their menu is a great combo of "American" food and Greek food...something for every one. -
I'm sure it's very good but the added fat would kill me, unfortunately.

I prefer baking to half done and then finishing in the sauce. And it must be bison. I do like veal as well when added as a combo.

"said Taylor White, who told Channel 2 that he was in line when the shooting happened. “I salute the homie that did that.” Sweet fancy Moses, what the truck? Who says that after watching someone being killed in front of you? Sad status on life in the ATL when it comes down to this crap.

Yes, meatballs MUST be baked first. And I'm partial to Bison balls LOL versus beef balls. Vincent's is pretty good and so is Carraba's. I was surprised by Carraba's. I thought it would be all frozen, microwaved meals like Olive Garden but t's not. It's handmade fresh each day and very good. I also enjoyed being able to sit with full view of the kitchen. I've never had good spaghetti in Paulding county. It doesn't exist.

Me too!

Can someone ask the name or somehow get the name of this "charity"? There are a bunch of fake, scam, or otherwise shady "veteran's organizations" that prey on people's patriotism. Does anyone know what organizational name this guy is operating under?

Right now? Traveling tweenage baseball players from Michigan. Their parents obviously taught them no manners. Don't crowd the door, and if you do, please move your feet so I don't trip over them while carrying a load of laundry. This goes for the douchey parents AND their kids. Ugh, I hate living in a hotel.

Congratulations! Retirement is a great feeling; it's a load off the shoulders and exciting to think of all the new possibilities. I thought he was going to 30? Either ay, best of luck to you guys!

Is this the pregnant girl? She got my husband at Target in Acworth, and then we saw her a week later at DSW. I don't mind helping people out. But what scares me is that sometimes these people are forced to beg and get to keep very little money for themselves. The pregnant girl makes me sad because I have a gut feeling that she is being pimped out and forced to the beg.

No sheeze. I'm already disgusted with myself for figuring it out. But it's even worse after reading all of the other plausible theories in this topic. ICK!!!!

I'm guessing he wrapped a wire or thin cord around his neck, zip tied his hands and feet, and jumped off a chair. Ewwwww.

I had a great move with Two Men and a Truck three years ago. But we bought them lunch and treated them right so that might have made a difference. I just recently heard a horror story regarding Bulldog Movers. The story alone made me never want to use them (not that I'll need to). If you think about it, most people are going to have a crappy story about most moving companies. Nobody *wants* to work for a moving company. They are doing it to make some money and hopefully work through school, waiting on a better job, etc. It's not their career so their heart probably isn't in it. I

Blues Brothers and all of the Airplane, Hot Shots, and Naked Gun movies. I know, I know, I have poor taste in movies. Oops, almost forgot Soylent Green!
