Yes Fire, I agree with the one MarkDavd is speaking of. It is a 24/7 gym and you access the door by using a card key. I believe several of our P.com members go to this gym. It is at the intersection of East Paulding Drive and Marietta Hwy, in the same shopping center as AutoZone but behind it. That particular location is small but closer to our area (New Hope). You can also go to the location in Hiram, which is larger. It is behind JimNNicks BBQ.

Oh Man, I just got rear-ended in my truck on Ridge Rd!

Dang Subby! I am glad that you and the truck are ok. -
I LOVE BluBlockers! They just seem to make everything sharper and clearer. The past 3.5 years I have worn the same 2 pair, both are the same model. I just ordered 3 new pair because my older model has been discontinued and they need to be replaced. Also, I can't decide which of the 3 I am going to like best. Some BluBlocker models have lighter lenses and I like those for driving in the rain or twilight as those cut way down on the glare but still allow me to see more than enough light in those conditions. My darker BluBlockers I wear outside or when driving during the day. My eyes are very sen

Was it the emergency vet off of Thornton Road? That is the emergency vet that our regular vet recommends and we once had to take our BooBoo there on Thanksgiving night after 12am. We had been home from visiting in S.Carolina for less than 2 hours when we had to run him to the emergency vet for throwing up blood. He apparently had been throwing up so much that his throat started bleeding. He throws up when he gets upset and we had been out of town for 2.5 days which upsets him when no one is home. He is just a sensitive kitty. This was a few years ago when he was younger and he has become much

We are also supposed to be over 90 degrees Saturday. So everyone please be careful in the heat. National Weather Service forecast for Dallas, GA

Ten years ago when we got ours in Paulding we had to do the blood tests. Also, at the courthouse we both had to go, we both had to show picture ID and I had to show my divorce paperwork as proof that I was legally divorced even though I had been for about 13 years.

Haha! I meant if you keep chickens in the yard then they will usually eat them long before the scorpion gets into the house. The larger ones probably will have the most venom as I have heard them to be slightly worse than a bee sting. Once I found a tiny brown-black one in a leather loafer after having felt something MOVE in it! ACCKKK! Over that summer and the next I found 2-3" ones, 1 on my ceiling and another on top of the fridge. This was in the braswell mtn area. The only one I have seen here in New Hope was about 2.5-3" and dark brown. About 25 years ago I seen a tiny red one u

Usually when we start hitting the 90' temps they start coming out and wanting in the homes. I have seen several 3" ones before but they can easily be swished with a shoe. I still don't like them though. Probably due to those nightmares I have had about them. LOL

Those were wonderful pictures. The parents were glowing and the baby is just beautiful. Congrats to you and the whole family!

Momof3, I think that's part of what Eym meant when he stated this.

I know. Moving stress is supposed to rank right up there with death and divorce stress.
-
Yes. It has 2 wheels and you can load heavy stuff strapped to it or you can move several boxes at once stacked on each other. With your electronics tape your remotes and wires to the item so you can find them easily later. Also, wrapping the TV and monitor screens with a blanket will help prevent scratching. I moved many times when I was single. LOL Good luck!

Make sure you have a hand-truck or rent one from them.

Thank you for the explanation. I have been wondering about this for some time. I knew after emulsification that it would be too late to burn, but I didn't think about the other rigs in the area. I still think that burning off what isn't emulsified and IS contained would help the outcome somewhat. My heart hurts just thinking about the animals and the people who will be affected.

Get some chickens, they love them! LOL Sorry I hate those things too. I have actually had nightmares about giant scorpions before. Our monthly pest control service keeps them away I guess because in 12 years I have only seen 1 in this house. Edited to add: It is true about the chickens though.

I almost got into trouble for giving it out to one person, just one time. So I don't do it anymore.

I do believe hubby will be looking for a new one too, so I will also be keeping an eye on this thread.

Before the oil got to the shoreline, why couldn't it be set on fire to prevent this? I am talking about across the surface of the water. Yes we would have lost animals and added to the emissions in the atmosphere but would it not have been better than what is now about to happen since it is reaching shoreline and marshes? We are now going to lose alot more animals and people will also suffer.

Congrats Shan and family!

Since I live within walking distance of that park, I would like to know too. By the responses in this thread I could probably make an accurate guess, but it would still be just a guess. Oh and many nights I will be coming home from Walmart between 12-4am (night owl) and see cars coming out of that park or parked in the parking lot. It will be sad if we have to start keeping the parks behind locked gates like some communities do.

I didn't know there are two! My friend said the one on Macland. I am assuming he is the one at Macland and Marietta Hwy across from the BP station?

I doubt the camera would be returned by just posting a sign asking for it but miracles do happen. You could ask to post a sign and if given permission you could post a sign asking that the memory card be returned with no questions asked or offer a reward for either the camera and memory card or just the card. Maybe offer less of a reward for just the card.

What's wrong with Dr. Lee? I have had a couple of friends recommend him and they have used him for a few years. I was thinking of having my husband start seeing him. For myself I need to find another prosthodontist as I have alot of crowns.
