We have had the outside perimeter of the house sprayed by Cook's Pest Control every month for years and we had these ants invade for the first time ever last year. They came in at the front door, up the stairs onto the upstairs foyer and were taking dry cat food! There was no other food exposed for them to take. I had to spray at the front door, foyers and stairs, and vacuum their bodies up for 2 days. That still didn't stop them! On the 3rd day Cook's had to come out and do a special spraying at the outside of the front door directly on the steps and entry. That finally stopped them.

I may be asking for your help on this later. I need to know how to convert them to MP3's and burn to CD. I don't know if a special program is needed or what. Tonight I am about to try and sleep though. My insomnia has been hitting me hard for the past 4 days.

I had a Toshiba with windows XP for over 4 years and HATED it! It was very heavy and the motherboard and hard drive failed at 3 years. Thankfully I had bought an extended warranty and had them replaced. When it done something similiar about a year later (it wouldn't even boot up) I took out the hard drive and made it into an external hard drive. Yes, it has been posted for quite a while in "Fourleggedfrenzy" and P.com's other animal forum. That is not unusual for an animal shelter due to all of the food for the animals IN the shelter. I am more concerned with the length of time it will be closed (what will happen with our emergency calls). Last night was the 2nd rabid fox report on the news that I have seen in about 3 weeks. That is funny! I told hubby the same thing a few weeks ago. I said we could just sell the house and instead of building a "disabled friendly home" we could move into the retirement community they are building in this spot!
