I am not judging him, he has called himself an addict, and a drink to an addict is like poison. All I am saying is that it is a one way street south after an addict decides that they can handle a little break with reality in the form of drink or drug now and then. Now and then quickly becomes every day. I hope that this arrest will rattle his cage enough for him to seek help again. I am hoping for his continued recovery.

The father has said that he will allow his wife's Brazilian family to visit his son in the US. That is a strong gesture considering the fight that they put up when they knew that US, Brazilian, and international law (Hague Treaty) are quite clear in the requirement to turn the boy over to his father. I am making the assumption that you moved here from someplace far enough north to not have year round termites.
