  1. That was the FIRST place my mother in law took me to after moving here over 10 years ago. AFTER 10PM! That was an eye-opener!
  2. Honestly, I rarely read your posts. I have no feeling or opinion on them. I see the topic title then look to the forum and author; this is just as I do on any other topic on pcom. No one forces anyone to read anything. People who bitch about it have only brought it on themselves.
  3. Just down the road from McDonalds (on the left) as you are headed toward the post office.
  4. Congrats on your new addition!!!
  5. Are you unable to accompany her? I walk with my kids every morning to the bus stop and wait with them.
  6. Dang ya'll, just put your child on the bus and don't worry about it at all.

  8. It all boils down to personality vs. personality and our preference in how we communicate. This can create so many walls and no one has the answer on how to tear them down. Take notice in how you relate to each and every one of your friends, family or strangers. It's fascinating! It can also help give you an overall understanding as to why the issue is not being resolved.
  9. I call b.s. on that one. One of two options I would take is 1) filing through my own insurance and they will subrogate the other company (only IF the damages are high enough) OR call an attorney.
  10. I don't know what you would call it, but the group I ran with were perceived as strange or nonconformists. We never fit in with anyone, but found comfort in each other. Some were involved in theatre, arts, video, band, or chorus for the most part. I really enjoy seeing where this group has evolved at present. Most have stayed interested in the things they enjoyed in high school: involved in theatre, music industry, arts and art teaching (and some finally made the "crossover" lifestyle change. No wonder Martin was not interested in the girls.)
  11. Like my mother always said: "If you get a tattoo, put it where it can be easily concealed." I'm glad I took her advice. As much as I like my tattoo, I am modest enough to want it covered for professional and formal reasons.
  12. This was way back in the day. I bet a few ladies on here would agree with me.
  13. They don't always go straight into foster homes. Preferably she would be placed with extended family if they meet DFCS and Court requirements. In that case, let's pray that who ever she is placed with adheres to the court order.
