Yesterday I drove from New Hope on Bobo to 278 into Hiram and came back via 92, Macland and Bobo. I counted 22 cars without headlights on. Some just had their running lights on. Having my lights on I clicked my brights several times to each. Two slowed down thinking I was signaling a police ahead. I looked in my rear view mirror and they didn't turn on their lights (no tail lights on). Four people did turn on their lights. What's wrong with these idiots. It's the law much less dangerous in heavy rain. Probably on their cell phone.

A lot depends on the lay of your house on the lot and if your property slopes to or away from the house. If it slopes from the back toward your house you need to put in a French drain so that it goes away from your house. If it slopes from the front do the opposite direction. A thing that bugs me is when parents bring kids in cars from other neighborhoods. Also parents need to teach their children to say thank you after getting candy. About half do it.
