Here is a list from the site you listed. It looks like if you shop around you can save.

This is another problem with our legal system. I think we should eliminate all of these lower level courts that fail to provide finality to a case. Why not fire those guys and hire more Judges to work at the appeals level since it appears that they have better judgment. We could even put three of them on one case and deal with any grounds for an appeal as the case moved forward.

It not only make me think much less of attorneys, but it also points out the problem with our legal system that allows such crazy awards. For those that commented on high heels, I agree. Anyone that walks around on something the size of a french fry, deserves whatever happens.

Very good point about violating the terms of service. Had not thought of that. I'm not a FB expert, but I'm thinking anyone wanting to view all of your content would either require that you friend them or give them the password. -
This video below explains and illustrates jumper settings and how to change them. First look at the old drive and see if it was set to "Master" or "Cable Select". Then change the new drive jumper position to make it match. (The video will explain more about this). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ds1-JmbhGRM

Does employer have right to require your Facebook password?

Please, please , please do not use the same password for every site. This is a very dangerous practice since all it take is one of your accounts to get hacked to put all of your accounts in jeopardy. I know that it is a pain to have more than one PW, but there are PW managers such as Lastpass and Roboform that make it simple. -

They do not need to ask your permission if it is posted publicly as they can view it without needing a password. That was my point and I'm pretty sure we are on the same page.. -

To be honest, I did not use a single brain cell even thinking about whether an employer should have the right to ask for a password. However I did quickly vote "no" in the poll because allowing an employer to view someone's account would accomplish nothing. Since you are pressing me for an answer, the answer is NO. Private communication between me and my friends is just that, private. On the other hand, they are completely free to fire me for anything that I have posted on a site that has no privacy safeguards if it violates their rules of conduct that I agreed to. -
You can usually order disks as long as the computer is not over 5 years old. They are usually around $20. Go here for more info and to see if disks are available: https://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/serviceUnitVerification.jsp Having said this, you may want to let Steven do it for you. The process will take all day since all of the updates that were issued after the computer was manufactured will need to be downloaded from Microsoft and installed. If you fail to install the updates, the computer will become infected almost immediately.

The whole concept is just silly. If someone has something they do not want to be known, they will just delete the account. For those on the straight and narrow, it will be a waste of time and money even bothering to look at their account. -
what is your favorite Little Debbie treat?

Oatmeals, Swiss Cake and Boston Creme are my favorites. -
Great idea. Do a bib as well. The older I get, the more stuff ends up on my shirt when I eat or drink.

My last laptop/coffee incident was in 2001 - well at least that was true prior to today. This morning I choked after taking a sip and then spewed. Luckily most of it ended up on the screen. However, I just noticed that the "N" key exhibits a little more resistance than normal but I think it will be okay. The 2001 incident was about 16 ounces of coffee and the laptop was never the same again. Just one of the reasons I do not purchase high end laptops.

Mine does the same thing..... and they say we never listen to them???

And this is exactly why I do not recommend the the Samsung Captivate!

My daughter got one when she was a HS Freshman. Once we realized how great it was to be able to reach her at any time and vice versa, we got our son one earlier (7th grade). The only people that they call are family members for the most part. Texting is another matter as my daughter is a textaholic.

For ATT, I think it is between these 3. They also offer the Samsung Captivate which I do not recommend. If you want a powerful simple phone to use, iPhone is the way to go. If you are a tinkerer and want unlimited possibilities, look at android phones.

Overheating is the first thing to check when a computer shuts down suddenly. Can you tell if the fans are running? Is this a laptop or desktop? -
Delta Offers Air Fare + $50 for Dead Kitten

My guess is that since this has made the news Delta will be upping the offer. -
We as individuals do not get to directly vote on most issues as that responsibility is given to representatives that we elect. Sadly, over 60% of the registered voters in Georgia demonstrated that they could care less about our laws since they did not show up to vote in the past election. It's only natural to assume that elected officials focus on the wishes of the people that elected them. Thanks for the education.

An increase of 3% would not be worth opening the door when each of the current 6 days theoretically account for 16.6% of sales. If they can hit the 10% mark, it might be worth it. But I agree with you, the business owners wishes should not be a consideration. Since you are involved with sales in other states, I have a question that you might be able to answer: Do other states allow the local governing authority to make the final decision about when sales are allowed or is this something that is unique to Georgia?

You are exactly right, some will feel obligated to open on Sunday as a defensive position. My guess is that alcohol sales will not increase significantly, but rather the sales that now occur over 6 days will be spread over 7 days. One other concern that the store owners should be worried about is the choice that their governing authority makes about Sunday sales. If their particular county (city, etc..) chooses not to allow sales, they will lose sales to another business in another county/city that does allow sales on Sunday. If I were a liquor store owner, I would want to see this issue resol
