ask for the appeal to be in person not over the phone, second if it is denied again you can file again a appeal, if that dont work you can get a unemployment attrony to sue on your behalf. i fired a guy for drinking and driving on the job. and let me tell you what. the appeals are better in person this way you can ask questions, ask for records and prove your point. just hope your employer does not have a file folder of write ups on you like i had for my employee.

i did not find it all that hard. the only thing i really had a hard time doing was the tree lighting. however i passed my exam after riding on a permit for 6 months. i would get to know the bike you plan on taking the test on and getting in a decent ride prior to taking the test. this way the nerves are not as bad.

from what im told. red truck turned in front of the Big E truck. driverr tried to avoid collision could not. crossed lanes went thru ditch and came to a stop. Driver of Big E is Ok, from my brother who works at the Big E company said driver of red truck possiable DUI from what he has heard. edit to add the following the DUI part is speculation only i have no first hand knowledge of that drivers condition before or after collision.
