$100 a week for a tank of gas
ram0265 replied to Thoughts from the Evil Galaxy's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Makes me sick to think about it. I filled up 4 times this week, almost a full tank each time. Let me add that all my driving is work related. -
For the bare minimum. Dr Carlson, Kennesaw Urgent care. He doens't take insurance, charges 45 bucks for the visits.

Love of my life works for the dallas post office. She had 5 days worth of mail to deliver today. Didn't leave the post office until 1pm...didn't get home till about 6pm. She has a route of 800 boxes or so. She had to go in tuesday knowing that they couldn't deliver because the trucks wouldn't get there. But if they didn't show up, they didn't get paid thier evaluated time. The original plan was to have subs run packages on sunday and have everyone that would work on monday (MLK day). Since 5 days worth went out today they are reconsidering working on sunday and monday.

I see Dr Carlson at Kennesaw Urgent Care. 49 bucks for the office visits, no personal checks. I usually go for sinus infections so he gives me the pred at the office, and usually prescribes me amoxicillin since it is free at Publix. As long as you don't need xrays or anything any shots or procedures you might need should be covered under that 49 dollar visit fee.

I have a giftcard with 80 dollars on it, selling it for 40. To the natural body spa and shop located in the avenues of west cobb. It is over a year old so each month that goes by without it being used it deducts two dollars. I did verify that it was a valid gift card.

I don't know whats worse, parents not doing anything at all or doing that wimpy we are in public thing. Like just saying shhh quietly to a kid who is screaming. Usually I stay out of it but the other day during dinner I actually had to turn around and say " obviously shhh isn't working, try something else". We ate dinner in record time and took 3/4 of the food home because I couldn't stand to be in there any longer.

Anyone happen to know what it takes to get your tag switched from one county to another? My car is registered in cobb...i'm getting my DL changed to paulding this week and then I'll need to get the registration changed to. Mytags are due in dec so i'm trying to get it done before then.

There has been a huge increase in mail lately. That and they did consolidate all the routes. They got rid of the auxillarys. My roomate went from getting home around 2 most days to getting home between 4 and 5. She doesn't even leave the post office till 11:30 or 12 most days. So many carriers are still learning thier new routes and the increase in mail is also running them late. They will get the hang of it, just in time for the holidays.

I totally agree with the department of labor website. Most of mine come back not available. I'm 25...I graduated college dec 2008...it took me 4 or 5 months to find a job which I got through a friend. I worked that job and two part times and barely had money. After a year I decided it would be better for me to leave that full time, so now I'm down to the 2 part time jobs again. It has been 5 months now..I've been on 3 interviews. One was petsmart (never heard back which is funny since I've worked in retail for 5 years before and in a petco)one was another small business that didn't even want t

From caller into the Bert show "Her cheese had slid off her cracker..." " I didn't have the sex to have them, so you raise them"

I believe there is plenty of anime that is pornography. Perfectly legal to buy it in a store...what makes one cartoon ok and the other child porn?

Grrs. I just want them to go through with Ridge Rd. Design plan was already approved. Gah. Might be our only chance to get out of our house.

Kinda goes along with the fact that a Coke will get the rust and corrosion off a car battery...but we drink several every day.

Yea..the place the OP is talking about has a sign that saws lawn mower repaired and the entire yard is full of various machines that look to be in various conditions.

Thats the thing....we weren't even using anything that used the water heater. I don't think I had even turned on the water in the sink this morning.

Yeah, we had to go out and move the rest of my stuff from an apartment today but we stopped at Lowes and bought one on the way home. It was hard to leave....i sat on the floor and cuddled on the dogs. I thought about how close it could have been to loosing them. We were like 10 mins from walking out the door. So 2 hours earlier or 2 hours later we would have been asleep or gone out of the house.

So around 10am we hear this funny noise, kind of a poppy dragging sound. My first thought was great..what are the dogs into now. So I go to check it out and all four dogs are laying in the living room being good. I noticed that one of the cats was in the kitchen staring at the cubby hole the water heater is in. I take a closer look and can hear all this sizzling and low and behold it is followed by a nice orange glow. Yep, water heater was on fire! And then we realize that there is no fire extinguisher, and we have no baking soda. The water heater's wires also ran into the floor and under the

So there is a 4 way where zaxbys and wachovia are in hiram. The signs are so faded that they are grey, but the signs are there. I was half way through when I heard loud squealing, and the lady probably left tread when she avoided hitting me. I'm not crazy or wrong right? That still is a 4 way? Even though the signs are no longer red they are still standing.

I've got 11...from 18 to 22 I was getting them every 3-6 months. My artist actually died (RIP Randy)...so I've only gotten one done since he passed. The ones on my ribs hurt the most...my latest one was on my arm. I took about 3 hours and the artist made me get up because I kept falling asleep and jerking (oops). It is really not as bad as people make it out to be. Besides if it does get bad just remember, the more you move the more jacked up its gonna be. If your putting anywhere from 200-500 bucks down on something that is going to be on your forever, that seems like a powerful motivater to

Yeah...you try not to piss off the people that control your budget.

My mom had me babysitting all summer long....the summer after 6th grade. So I guess I was 12? But the kids were also a good bit older. Like 5 and 8. I would think that if the kid had younger siblings 11 might be old enough.

From what I've read...some counties it is an absolute ban. I don't think you'd be able to bring a pitt in even for a vet appointment. I believe in Miami Dade county if they find you in ownership of a pitbull they give you a few days to find a new home for it or it is put down. Other laws just say that they have to be registered, spayed or neutered and if they are outside they must be on a leash and muzzled. It depends on what the county passes. I'm in a pittbull community and people are having problems moving from state to state(or country to country), even if they are staying for a short time

In response to the orignal OP...this is the first I've heard of it as well. I think it would be a bad move to ban the breed. I think GA should go to registering all dogs, and we have to pay for a dog license every year. Seems to work in other states and could make people accountable. Banning a breed will do nothing but cause a rise in backyard breeding of the animals. Only people that will be searching for pitts are the people that want them for thier agressivness and that is what they will be breed for. Also, you would be surprised about how many animals people adopt from the shelter that are
