I just wanted to say that I did this last year and it was PERFECT!!!!!!! It looked just like the picture and I actually had a hard time giving it away

Yep we live next door. They advertise stuff they can't have either. They have a sign for it to be a gated community. Where are they gonna fit that? And if you look it up on the realtor's page is also says swim and tennis. I think its funny that if you look at the virtual tours you can see our shed and house in the background. And on the opposite side you can see the other house through the kitchen window. POOR planning indeed.

They are expanding Ridge Rd as well. The right of way marker is 4 steps from our front door. So....there goes our house as well. But them buying our house might be the only way it would sell anyway, lol!
