The truck from the New Hope incident is not bright red, but dull red and has paint missing on it. The puppy is no longer a puppy - but a full grown dog that rides up front with him. I got behind the truck a while back when the thread about him and the truck were going on. I would certainly say this man is a "person of interest", but until he breaks a law - there really isn't much that can be done other than keep an eye on the children and aren't parents suppose to be doing that anyway?

It would be nice, but I would probably play even if the money didn't go to education. They are a type of gravel...very easy on the feet - I prefer White Oak's trails over the Comets. I walk alone there and have never felt uneasy. There are very few spots anyone could hide where you wouldn't see them and the last time I was there - I saw a deputy roll through - just checking things out. You can park right inside the entrance and unless you are down near the playground or behind the hill - you can keep a pretty good eye on your vehicle from almost anywhere on the trail. With the economy being the way it is --- I would look at how much start-up cost you would have and how many you have to sell to break even and then make a profit. Don't forget to include a good bit for marketing/advertising. I would say it would be a hard go right now if you are only doing it part-time. To make it succeed you are really going to have to get out and about to make people aware of your product.

Yes, you would be responsible. It is the same as if you have horses and one gets out and a car hits it. The damages would/should be filed under your home insurance policy. BTW - some dogs are NOT covered under home insurance policies - so if you had a doberman and the doberman isn't covered under the policy - you would then be responsible for the damages.

I think you can take the photo as long as YOU are on public property --- so if you are sitting in your car on the road - it is okay --- but if you step onto their property- you are trespassing and breaking a privacy law. (The PI training pays off afterall....)

Ordered the Medium Pizza for $9.99 online with the free cinna-stix - then discovered a coupon for a large pizza for the same price when I went to pick it up. (On the weekends - it is much quicker to go there - then wait for them to come here!). Sauce seemed to have a little more spice - didn't really notice much difference other than that --- though we commented that we think the medium pizza was smaller than it use to be??? Will order from there again --- but --- mainly because we love their hot wings!
