I just want to get women off the road that talk on their cell at the same time. At least the ones that drive the same route as me. They drive under the limit in a 55 and weave back and forth and then when you finally get past them you see them on the phone yapping away. I have 4 or 5 of these people to deal with in the morning and on the way home. They need to change it to hands free only IMO

The system is ok at the best. If you are in the market for a laptop and are in no hurry.... Wait for the after Thanksgiving day sale. This is what I would call a end of life laptop. It is not even a duo processor so it is a very basic system and I would get a better one if you waited.

I noted a sign at the Wally World on Dallas Highway that had a Compaq laptop for $300 I have no idea on the specs, but that is a very nice price.... I would suggest checking the Web site for the laptop and specs... Please be sure it is not a Netbook and is a real laptop.. I don't like giving cash to the sports fund raisers. I would buy a $1 candy bar all day long. We did this as a cub scout fund raiser and made a ton of money outside the dumb fund raisers we had to do. I don't give cash to any of them other then Shriners (which can be a bit over the top day in day out) and the fireman's boots. Time for the parents that have kids playing the sports pay for the various aspects and needs of the sport. Kid fund raisers are dangerous to kids most of the time now. (Running in neighborhoods and intersections)

Oh that is a can of worms....

I still can cut 5 years off the loan even with the refi costs. And I look at it that is money in the bank and house in the long run. So it is still a decent option for me. I have a 6.5 and drop it to 4.5. keep the same payment and drop 5 yr off the loan.

Still looking, but with the job market and nothing panning out. I still want to refi and if it costs me it does. But with the loss of value in the house has got me rethinking of staying here, And I think it will be two years before I really can make a move. And things can change in two years. I want year round school... Kids learn and retain more and keep them out of trouble. That keeps them out of jail and prepares them for a better life. Year round school would most likely not cost that much more if anything more. The cost benefit is huge. I think it is the parents that don't want it more then teachers... But I know two that would hate to lose the summer off.
